Steve, what makes you good at sales? I don't really consider what I do sales. I mean, I really look at what the person needs. I'm trying to fulfil a need, an objective, something that somebody really wants to do for their, basically, quality of life, which is improve their travel. And I think by what we do, our service, it gives them a much more complete package and educates them. It empowers them to make a decision. So I'm not really trying to sell them, I'm really trying to educate them. Do you never go in for a hard close? Not really with a principal. I mean, I really make them feel comfortable. I want to make sure that they really have every answer to every question. They can have before they go forward. And for me to try to push them before they're ready to, it's not a good spot to put them in, and I don't want to put them in that position. I have this video wall, so we have this app with all this data, and there is no question somebody can ask me that I can't answer them.
