I just believe in referrals, repeat customers. You know, in our industry, it's so small. If you do one thing wrong, I mean, your reputation is trashed. And I just think that from having a relationship with some of the clients that we do, and we have some very big-name clients, they can trash you in 2 seconds, and that rumor goes through the high-net-worth world quickly. I just like having long-term relationships. And the thing is, if you come into the showroom, you're gonna remember forever coming into the showroom. If you meet me and I didn't have the showroom, okay, Maybe I might, you know, stand out for a week or two weeks, but in a year from now, if you're gonna buy an airplane, you have to say, "What was that guy's name? I was in that showroom. Hey, let's call that guy in the jet business." And it's really to try to build that memory to last longer in the person's head so that when they do decide to do something, they come back. And that's happened. People came in the showroom, and 5 years later, they decide they're gonna do something, then they call us.
