The toughest thing I think in this business is having patience. It's so hard to time when you speak, what you say, and who you say it to. It's really, really so important that when you get some information or you have to deliver some information, you have to do it at the right time. Whether it's because of somebody's mood or what's happening in the market that day or if you're with the people, when the right moment is to talk to them. I think timing is everything and having the patience to to call back somebody quickly. Sometimes it really is necessary to do that, and sometimes you really have to wait and hold your breath. As much as you want to call them and tell them you want to do something, by doing that, that puts you on a negative position in negotiating tactics. So really, you just have to read the situation, decide when you say what.
