After 40 years of dealing with ultra-high-net-worth individuals that have started and run major corporations around the world, these are some of the things that I've learned. Number 1, amongst anything, is that they are all time poor. They say that you cannot buy time. Basically, you can with a corporate jet. Because a lot of people just think it's luxury, but the only luxury for a corporate executive is convenience and time. They just expect things to move faster than a normal person. With a corporate jet, it makes your life move faster by saving time going to an airport in advance, checking in, going through security, waiting for baggage, going to an airport closer to where you're at. Just that alone can give an executive an extra month of work for the year. So one piece of advice I can give you guys, when you're dealing with ultra-high-net-worth people and corporate executives, make sure you know your stuff. I mean, really know your stuff before you talk to these people. That's it. You get one chance, and if you lose that chance, they don't come back for a second one.
