There's a lot of young people who want to get into aviation. I usually recommend go to work for an aircraft charter broker. Those people are willing to sort of train people, take them younger. You just have to have a little bit of passion. Aircraft charter broker really educates you on all the different aircraft models, the specifications, the performance, the operating costs, and it gets you really familiar with the vocabulary and just what each airplane will do.
