Everybody does it on the telephone, but the world changed 20 years ago and now all the potential clients were coming from China and Russia and Africa. It was a pain in the neck to go to those places, so I figured I had to build something to get them to come and see me. We have our own app that we've actually built that's up on our gigantic video wall here, and we take clients through a process how you select the right airplane for your needs. There's like 150 different jets to pick from when you want to buy a plane, and we basically have a filtering process. Every question we ask them filters out airplanes that don't meet their needs. Sort of a factual database that makes the selection process to buy something very expensive expensive, like, without an opinion.
