People always ask, what's the most important thing when it comes to success? The truth is, there isn't just one thing. Everything from networking to experience matters a lot. But I can say this for sure: it all starts with work ethic. Every morning, I'm the first to come into the office, and every evening, I'm the last one to leave. It's been like that since I was a kid sweeping floors in a hair salon. Back then, I had nothing, but I knew that if I wanted to build a life I could be proud of, I'd have to work hard to make it happen. I didn't know anyone in jet sales. I had no experience, but I I had the mindset to do whatever it took. Success is a mindset, and working hard will lead you to a better life, always. So for the young people listening, if you have a goal and you're uncertain how you're going to succeed, work hard. With the right mindset, you can do anything. I truly do believe in that.
