Okay. Every 2 to 4 years, military moms pack up their homes, move their families, rebuild their support systems, restart homeschooling, And somehow keep everyone else moving forward. But they're often packing up something else too— their careers. Military spouse unemployment remains around 20%, and every PCS can mean starting over. Rebuilding connections, navigating licensing require— licensing requirements, or finding another job that works with military life. Then you add in some ADHD or neurodivergent brain, and a lot of them don't even know they have that yet, so they just feel like a hot mess. Their heads are are overflowing. They're managing moves, kids, homeschooling, deployment, marriage, their home, their own identity, while trying to figure out where they fit into the picture. That is the problem. Luminary Life is being built to solve. I want to help these moms through coaching, books, technology, apps, community. We're creating an entire support ecosystem around neurodivergent military moms. But the bigger vision goes one step further. Luminary Life will train and certify Military spouses through our coaching framework, giving women the opportunity to build a meaningful, portable coaching career that can move with them from duty station to duty station. They can receive support, build something of their own, and eventually turn around. And help the younger military moms coming behind them. Military spouses are capable of building extraordinary lives— business, family, community. This cannot stop with only one coach helping a handful of women. I can't do this alone. I want to build military spouses who can lift up the woman behind them, creating a system that travels wherever the military sends them and grows from generation to generation and leaves nobody behind. I want to leave a legacy for military moms. Who are neurodivergent?
