I love lamp. Fabulous. How do you know if your idea is good enough for a TEDx stage? First, does it fall fully within your domain of authority so that when someone holds up the idea and you, those two make sense together? Second thing is, is there burden of proof? Can you show your idea at work? Can you show the research that you've done? Can you show research that backs it up? Can you show some aspect of your idea in practice and the results it's gotten. The third piece, and probably the most important, is, is it new? Is it different? Is it novel? Is there a way for you to set it apart so that it's something that people haven't heard before? If you have all three of those things, it's very likely that your idea is good enough for TEDx.
