It's really very important for me to share music with others because I think that the music lives in the moment where somebody else is listening. So I'm playing for other people. So I'm choosing music for other people. And I'm thinking about people who don't go to concerts, who don't know piano performers, who really want to discover something, maybe about themselves, or maybe about the world around them, or maybe a little bit about art, and then about music, and then about classical music. You see, that's how it starts.
So we are thrilled to invite you to an upcoming episode featuring Anna Heller, a visionary of contemporary piano music, concert pianist, and creator of Moving Classics TV. In this episode, Anna shares her journey and the inspiration behind Moving Classics TV, an innovative platform dedicated to showcasing contemporary piano compositions, educating audiences about modern classical music, and connecting global listeners through engaging YouTube clips.
I really wanted to do something different. Maybe it's also my character. I want to do new things. I'm not somebody who wants to perfect or to excel in one thing that 1,000 people are doing. So it doesn't interest me. But I really want to be a pioneer who risks something, who just discovers. And there is nothing more rewarding than playing a new composition with a new composer to the audience.
Tune in tonight, January 28th, at 8 PM Eastern Time on YouTube for this inspiring conversation. The audio will also be available on all major podcast platforms.
