Now, something that I think is helpful, and I don't wanna tie this to any sort of like acronym, but I do think the words on this page matter, is if you think about the mindset that each of us should have when it comes to improving the physician experience, I wanna encourage you to think about these 6 words on the screen here. And the words are value, include, trust, acknowledge, lead, and solve. And so if you think about value, how do we ensure that our physicians and providers feel respected for the high-quality care that they provide? When it comes to including them, how do we make sure that we create structures and systems where every physician and provider can, can provide meaningful input and influence in the decisions affecting their patients and the care that they received and their practice as physicians? When it comes to trust, how do we build confidence through consistent, transparent, and responsive communication from leadership, fostering true partnership and alignment? Then when it comes to acknowledgement, how do we cultivate a visible culture of appreciation and recognition for the physician providers, for the dedication and personal sacrifices they make? When it comes to leading, how do we invest in and empower our physician leaders and physicians, equipping them to drive clinical excellence and help shape the future of our health system? And when it comes to solving, how do we make sure that we're actively identifying and eliminating administrative and technological friction points to restore that joy that they have in practice and enabling them to focus more on patient care?
