So the way through this leadership defined as other-oriented practice. So this post is inspired by the talk called Move Fast and Fix Things that I heard Anne give back in March at the American College of Healthcare Executives annual conference. Congress event. On Thursday, tell the story— past, present, future. Name what you're going to keep, why change matters, and paint a vivid picture that people can feel. On Friday, sprint with empowerment, open decision apertures, do fewer, better things and sequence work to boost speed without breaking trust.
