How good is your clinic culture? And what is one question you could ask yourself to see whether you are good or bad? Check out this episode with Judy and Kate. You're going to love it. Yeah, and I think it's actually really, really interesting too. So, so Judy, maybe I'll come to you as well. So you know, at, at the clinics, how did you guys measure culture at your locations?
Well, like Kate, I think it's kind of difficult but I think you can measure it like by their participation in, you know, the voluntary in services or team events and also longevity with the clinic. So if they are staying, you know, a number of years, then I think you can measure it that way because obviously if they didn't like the environment, they'd be heading for the door earlier. So I mean those are vague but I think those are some ways that you can actually measure it. But I also, you also get it just by their feedback. Like when we have our one on one meetings, they would tell us that they like the team, they like the energy, the support so we would hear it from them. That's still subjective but at least we would get a feel of if someone's on board or not.
Yeah, excellent. Go ahead Karen.
No, I think that's good. And like just simply asking your team, like polling your team, you know, how are you feeling about your culture, about the culture here these days? Because they'll tell you if you just ask.
I like the participation in, in, in the events and, and something that popped out for me last week was we had our, our big group in person meeting and everybody like there were several times where I looked out and at the whole group and they are listening, they're engaged, they're watching what's going on to, to up front and that, that just gives a vibe of a group that is interested of what's going on and is part of bigger team and, and it was a really good, really good feeling. Big like big win and it's, that's why I so like the big in person meetings.
