That's a good point because we quite often, you know, focus on I got to have a cd, I got to have a junior partner. And those are big roles, right? They take a lot of time and investing in getting those the right person in their role. And so then if you're wanting to test people, if you have multiple people that you're considering, you know, sometimes it's, it's good to say, okay, what's a problem we have right now that we need to solve that this person could be the lead of and then they work on one thing and you can actually see what they're like, see what their communication is and be able to almost use it as a test pilot. And maybe it's creating a subset of the cd. Maybe it's a clinical educator, maybe this person just does mentorship, maybe they're the educational, maybe they take a little stream and then if you've got really strong people there and a CD like that's magic and everybody's working in alignment to the same thing.
