Hey everybody, it's Rick Lau here. You're gonna love this episode. We talk about body odor. What do you say to your staff if they have bad body odor? Check out this episode with Karen Craven. You'll love it. Was a young administrator, only been with the organization just shy of three months. Personal hygiene issue though has been identified. It's not terrible, but it doesn't obviously from a perspective of appearance in the clinic, some body odor, greasy hair, clothing, sort of, let's say questionable from a professionalism perspective. Not really bad enough where it requires any sort of termination type of thing at this stage. Performance has been okay in the first three months, but really the concern is going to be addressing the personal hygiene.
Yeah, this is a huge. Do we want to play this out? We can or I can just, you know, here's what I might, here's what I might do again is have a have a team meeting everybody and just introduce the concept of what's happening since post Covid, people are really worried about cleanliness and hygiene and self protection and not infecting others. What do you all think is really important for us to do and to model in order to present ourselves in that fashion? So create a team global and have everybody talk about it. And if they don't bring up the body odor piece, you might say, well, how do we deal with individuals, whether they're community patient members that have body odor? How does that come across in our goal of sending a message of cleanliness and things like that? So you could do that if you.
