What do you guys do for vacation policy? Do you have set dates where you said you have to submit your vacation? Do you just say, hey, give me two weeks notice? Because I was talking to an owner yesterday that has told his team that, like, hey, it's not a good idea. Like you said, they're independent contractors. Like, there's something in there where they can tell you. But he told them, hey, this is the busiest time of year. Like, if you're taking vacation, like two or three weeks, like, that's not a good idea. It's going to affect your caseload. Right, John, you want to add here?
Yeah, I just. And. And. And maybe. Maybe Darrell can attest to this as well, too. But it. It really is important because what was mentioning, you know, it's. It's. It's the newer clinicians that need to understand this more than anybody. You know, you've been with you five years. You're a rock star. You know what you're doing. You got a caseload that's coming back. You can manage. More than likely, your week after holidays is jammed because you got those people that, oh, my God, they're away and they got to get in. But the initial talk with that, even in a recruiting stage about holidays or the education that goes when they're onboarded about holidays, it's like, oh, by the way, if you're thinking of taking a couple weeks at a time, that's actually really, like, frowned upon. So that that expectation is set right out of the gate and they know what's happening and that they're going to. And not such a shock to them when you say a year in you go, oh, you're taking 10 days in a row. You know that that's what it's going to. You know what it's going to do to your caseload.
