Think motivates your employees the most. It's really cool. And because it may not be what you think it is, a lot of people put in dollars. Money. I don't see my. There we go. Feeling part of a team. Purpose. Yep. Recognition. Support. Absolutely. Belonging. Appreciation. Purpose. Money. No hassle. Being appreciated. Recognition. Look how much that's coming up. Independence. Yep. This is, this is so true. So Gallup just put out some research on this and this. They basically asked this question, I feel connected to my organization culture. They are. If they feel connected, they are 3.7 times more likely to be engaged at work. 5.2 times as likely to agree that they would recommend. So if you just think about this for recruitment purposes, if you have a culture, a valued culture that people are connected to, you're going to ask your staff members to help you recruit. Who can you, who do you know that can come here that would, would work for us? 68% are less likely to feel burned out. That's pretty high. So people feel connected. They are less likely to burn out. And 55% are less likely to look for other job opportunities that quiet quitting or that just flat out leaving. So which statistic stands out to you the most in this graphic? You know, does the 3.7 or the 5.2? You know, I, for me, I think the, the biggest thing in this day and age is the. Is the 5.2. That's where I would. 68%. Oh, yeah. Less burned out. Yep. Oh, yeah. John, you can comment.
Yeah, I just, you know what's interesting is this, with the culture being good, there's still only 55% less likely to look for job opportunities, folks. So know that your staff, even if you have a good culture, are looking okay and don't get upset about it.
Yeah. So then that's a great observation, John. So then what else is missing? Missing?
Yeah.
