They all have. So sometimes what we. What I battle with is, okay, if I do this, it doesn't cost the clinic any money, but at the end of the day, it takes too long to roll out. I stew on things too long. I become the bottleneck. So if I would have just paid, as rick says, summon 20, 25 bucks an hour to do it, it may have cost us 200 bucks, but I may have been able to execute that two months earlier and actually generated way more revenue. But it's me stuck in my own head that I have to be able to realize that it's actually okay to pay somebody to do this.
Yeah.
Actually, I just want to make a quick comment back to you because I think that's a really important insight. It's called opportunity cost. Right. By doing these things, you're not recruiting, you're not getting new assessments, you're not training people to get their treatment plans in order and caseload management up. Right. $15 an hour job where you could literally be making hundreds of thousands of dollars doing this other stuff. Literally. Like, it's not even. I'm not even exaggerating, right? Hiring one new physio is an extra 100, $200,000 a year. When you're doing a $15 an hour job, think about that, right? This is opportunity.
