Next kind of indicator that you can do is you can actually try to take this and convert it into your break even patients if you want. What you do is you work backwards and let's say you have $12,000 to hit your weekly break even. You can kind of work backwards to the number of patients you need on a weekly basis in order to break even for that week. Now, I'm not going to calculate it here because there's going to be a lot of variability, but it's just one of the break even calculators that you can come up with and sort of run with on a regular basis and see on your scoreboard. Am I going to break even based on the number of patients I'm seeing or am I not going to break even based on the number of patients I'm seeing this week? It's also another way of looking at it from a target perspective. Just to keep in mind, are you going to produce a healthy bottom line or are you not? One of the common questions that comes up here is, what if I've got a multidisciplinary clinic with different assessments and different prices? This becomes very hard to put together from a patient perspective. Do I need to see this patient? Do I need to see that patient? How do I break even? The purpose of this calculator and the purpose of the break even calculator is really to give you that high level view from a strategic standpoint. So what is that overall number you need to hit? Not accounting for the differences between price points and differences between patients really targeting and seeing to try to beat that weekly number in order to make sure that you're hitting that profitability. So what we do is we normally just come up with an average assessment price. Let's say it's 150, and if the price per visit is $90 and you've got an average PVA of 11, it kind of gives you a rough sense of the number of patients you want to see on a weekly basis. It could be 11, it could be 10. Again, it gives you sort of a high level target. Not perfect. It's not going to be perfect. It's going to get you 80% there. But at least it'll get you there to start looking at it and understanding where you are on your scoreboard.
