My child.
I use my kids. My kids have been my best test.
Subjects for everything I've done in my life for work.
I use them the whole time.
And, you know, the nice thing is.
I see them using what I used.
On them in their lives.
Right. Learning to delegate to your kids is huge because guess what?
Then they actually turn out to be.
Employees that know how to do things because they've been delegated tasks. So practice with your kids. And they love it. Yeah. So they're the best test subjects for trying out difficult conversations, for trying out delegation. You delegate taking out the garbage to them.
Like, how many of you as parents.
If your parents in here, do you.
Still do things that you know damn.
Well your kids could do? But we do it anyway. We do it for them. Oh, I'll just do it because I.
Can get it done.
It's faster.
Oh, Paul.
Yeah, no, I 100% agree. It is kind of funny when you said that because it reminds me of. My dad would always say stuff like, I'm supervising. That's what I'm doing, and you are doing the work. And I always got upset with him about that, but now I realize, like, it's actually true. Like us as leaders, we have to be above all the work so we can make the right decisions.
