Really try to ask people within, within these interviews. I'm sure you've heard of this one, kind of bounce around a lot. It is a really, really good question because it really tells you a little bit about how they can process their, their communication, how they can break down a problem and what they did to solve it. If they kind of give you a throwaway, you, it might either be that they may maybe the problem, maybe they couldn't think of a good problem to talk about or maybe they're not able to eloquently break down the steps in their, in their mind to actually solve a problem. But it, it is a really good one. This is, this is one from, from Elon Musk. I know he, he, I think asks that quite often with some of his people.
