One thing I'm thinking about too, right is and, and I'm gonna give Paul some props here since we just picked on him on his slack blocking and batching challenges. But the, the truth is though, is like culture always eats strategy for breakfast, but we all will quickly prioritize strategy. But if we really can't even think about, you know, are, are some of the challenges we've seen in the last little bit about hiring, recruitment, retaining people, a lot of it comes down to the fact that this is one of those things that I think we've rushed so much in the past, but really has so much relevance to actually keeping that team healthy. Right? And growing that healthy team is we actually forget about. It's actually okay to do this a little bit slower and to do it well, to do it right. And to think about, as Rick said, it's every three to four years we relook at it. But Rick, I'm pretty certain that after even just our camera trip, we're going to probably do this every year, right?
Yeah.
Are things changing? Yeah. Yeah.
I love that, Daryl. And, and I, I want to give actually a real life example of something I've witnessed that's very, very interesting in that there was a clinic owner in sort of a nice part of Interior bc and the values were interesting because he had a set of values. But in the interview he was really pushing the value of work life balance. Like work life balance. Work life balance, Great place to live, work life balance. And that was cool and that was a great way to recruit people. But what he needed at the time were leaders, right? And so when he took these people who are strongly attuned to work life balance and said, okay, now I need you to put you in a leadership position, they actually didn't do very well because they were all. They were still in. They had that core value of work life balance. Not like get it done or like raise the bar. Or things like that. Right. And so just a real life example of like if you actually do this as Rick said during your interview, show these core values and you want a very specific type of person in your business then and you do it right, then you will attract the right type of person.
Right?
Yeah. Does that make sense to everybody like say interview if that makes sense? Because I think it's a very key thing. Your values become really the foundation of actually maybe a better word is foundation. Your value becomes your foundation for how you're going to select the people that you want in your business and eventually grow your business.
