Hey, everybody, Rick Lau here. This is going to be a juicy, juicy topic. How do you actually sell product at your clinic? And how do you do in a way that's not salesy? Check out this episode with Darrel.
Expand on the process, like, just a little bit. Like, because a lot of times we just think, hey, we could buy the product and sell itself. But that's. We know that's not the case, right?
No. For me, I've tried it multiple times. It really comes down to customer experience. What other thing can we provide to the client that increases their customer service? Because you can't tell a physio to sell something. They can hardly sell a plan of care, let alone a product. So it has to be part of the experience. And you frame it that way between your clinicians, your admin, everybody's got to be on the same page, know what the product is. So start small is probably the best thing. Don't buy 25 different braces and then you sell two of them all the time and the rest collect dust. So you got to know your clientele.
You got it. And see, this is. Oh, yeah, go ahead.
Yeah, I was just going to. And I concur. It has to be a line item on your plan of care, right? Like, it has to be there and then it's about that delivery. Much like everything in the plan of care. How. How good are your clinicians at. At believing that this is helping that patient's experience? And, and how, how, how much easier is it for that patient to get better faster and have it all right at your place? And oh, by the way, your foam rollers at the front desk when you walk out. Like, end of the story. Not, oh, would you like. Or maybe please, would it be okay if. No, it's like, yeah, you need this. I'll have it ready for you. Next question.
