Employees don't get the vision or share your commitment. And I've heard this a lot, so they just say I, I, they don't understand, they just don't get it. Well, maybe. Have you ever thought that perhaps you haven't communicated it clearly in on a regular basis? You step into the front desk PAP to arrive 15 minutes before shift and stay 15 minutes after shift. Hmm. Yeah. Interesting. Yeah. So these, all these things apply. Employees don't live your business's core values. This is something that is dramatic and we will spend an entire session on this when people say, oh, I don't, we have core values, we don't need to work on them anymore. There's a difference between having core values and living the core values and demonstrating them on a regular basis. That's part of culture. So when you bring your core values to life, you actually have a valued culture.
