But how do you work with teams to improve culture? So, personally, me, when we talk, I have to go in and I do a discovery session with all the employees first. So I have to meet, you know, once I've met with the owners and find out where they want, what they want to do. We have to find out where you are with your culture. So I do a discovery session with each individual person and collate that information and share it back with the owners. And then what happens is we get together, get together with the leaders or the leadership team and find out what it is about their culture that they feel is either broken or needs transformation or just needs to be moved up to the next level or all of the above. And so because you have to look at the culture first and you have to look at what core values drive that culture, we have to find that out and develop that. It is not a slow process. But if you are not bringing core values to life in your clinic, in your business every day, and not have a way to measure those, then you won't be able to establish a culture that you can carry forward and nurture and build the team. And so this question here is, how do you build the level of trust with a team of 50? Well, definitely it starts at the front top, but you also have to. The same answer here is, level of trust comes from vulnerability, openness, and comes from what's your core values? What's your core purpose as a business? So it takes, you have to stand back and say, what's our why for this business and where we want it to go? So you have to identify, define it and put it to not only paper, but you have to put it into action so. So that you can then embed it into the rest of your culture and your team.
