And so, yeah, let's look at this, you know, and I think this sums up some of the stuff that we've talked about. Paul, maybe you could share your thoughts.
Yeah, and maybe I'll preface it with, like, I talk to a lot of clinic owners who either are thinking of selling or planning on selling or want to make sure that their exit is well planned for even if they're thinking five, ten years from now. But this list, and I see a lot of the commonalities in the chat, this is sort of the most common stuff that we see, right? So selling out to big bad corporate, like, you know, that's a really common one. The culture will change once I sell. Which to Karen and John's point, you know, that's a real fear because think about how long you've been with the business, how long you've actually nurtured the people in your business, right? You know, if it, if your team doesn't like the new buyer, the team will quit and leave. Your brand and legacy that you've built for 20, 15, 20 years will be ruined.
Because maybe the legacy is a big one, eh, Karen, like we've talked a lot about this, right? You know, right. Like you, like everyone in Saskatoon knows Karen, you know, and the brand of the clinic, right? You know, right. So if this clinic doesn't have a good post, like acquisition, like transition, then you got kind of like, you know, like on your face, right?
Yeah. Yes. Yeah. It is a big, you know, and I think everybody can probably agree to that, that we have. Everybody's created their own legacy in whatever way that is and are known in their community. And you want to go out, you know, I would say, and as a business venture, you want to leave the same door you came in. You don't want to have to hide and go out the back.
Yeah, yeah.
