Our group, and they actually had done some. They had an external company come in to look at staff satisfaction, their organization. And the one thing that actually came up, the staff rating was actually still very high. But what we did is we actually really looked at the feedback. One of the things that was very consistent, especially administratively, was you're asking me to these tasks, which I'm willing to do, but it's still trying to fit it into all of my other tasks. Right. So it's a matter of how do you protect, you know, is it an hour? Is it. Is it two hours in a week? And this, I'm sure, will be something Shade and Yuri will talk to us about today, or does it need to be an additional hour every week for three months? Right. So I think it's just really we have to be mindful of, you know, we would probably all end up doing it after hours as well. So just thinking about that, that was the staff feedback. We want to do it, but we. Something has to give. So how do we make sure that something doesn't give? Maybe it's actually extending another PC, you know, hours by one. So this person come off the desk for an hour. So just things to think about. Even when we find the right person, do they have the right time to do it? And I think it goes back to your point, Karen, of capacity in order to actually do the task.
So that's and empowering. And Yuri, you can maybe speak to this empowering particularly I do think this happens to our admin team a lot. Empowering your admin team to give them permission to say, okay, this is going to take me X number of hours. I will need this much time away from the desk. Is that okay? Or what is your expectation of me when I'm supposed to do this? Because right now I spend my hour of admin working on these things and it takes me the full hour.
