When we started with the va, we, we knew they're a utility player, okay? So we want to make a list of everything they want to do. So the list started with tasks we don't want to do, okay?
So.
So there's some tasks we're doing right now, like filling out the scoreboard. We don't want to do that. Okay? Tasks that you can't find anyone else to do. Tasks that you definitely shouldn't be doing, okay? Like, it's below your hourly rate. Like, it's a $10 an hour task. Not like someone like you doing to be doing like $200 tasks, okay? You and you kind of know what they are. I shouldn't be doing this, right? So you don't want to do. You can't find someone to do. You shouldn't be doing any reoccurring tasks where it's just more instructional. Just follow the instructions and get it out Every Monday at 9am you can use any backup tasks, okay? So if someone's doing that role right now, but if it stops, you'd be in trouble. Then the VA could learn that task and back them up. And as I said, like, what's really big you'll see in a lot of these VAs is the marketing. Like, the social media especially. You can teach them the marketing, okay? Giving them like, even courses in accelerator, okay? Because a VA, imagine you got a VA for like 30, 40 hours, even say 20 hours. You give them the Instagram courses, okay, in accelerator, and they won't take like four weeks. They won't take four weeks to go through that course. They might take them like two days, okay? Because they're not doing. They don't. You can just start with that, okay? Just go through Instagram 101, 201, and 301. It won't take them like 12 weeks or eight weeks. Take them, like maybe three days. Okay. Maybe even less. Okay. Because you're just giving them like one thing at a time. Okay. So I hope if you have a VA or you're thinking to get a va, like open up accelerator to them and give them courses to do. And again, they can do it a lot faster and you can transition that task a lot quicker. Okay.
