AI is Your Moment_ Step Into Light, Not Fear!

Welcome to the Soul of Innovation podcast. I am Thomas Anglero, and reflecting on the craziness of this new year and the attitude that I have and the optimism, the energy that I got with the war going on that we know about— and I'm not talking about Russian war with the Ukraine, I'm talking about the US-Israel-Iran War. Why am I smiling? Because every time there's a disruption, every time things are no longer status quo, things are no longer the way they are, people get scared. There's massive uncertainty, and this is a huge opportunity. The one thing you got to do— I've, I've been through these things a lot now. I've been through wars a lot. I've been fortunate that in all my years You know, okay, I'm American, can't hide from that. And we've started a lot of wars and we haven't won anything since World War II. Won't touch that one, but leave that as it is. But with that, I've seen the ups, the downs, the stock market going up and down. And every time there's a disruption, every time things aren't normal, people are looking for who's gonna step up. This is your moment to step up. This is your moment to shine. You don't have to do much to be as bright as the North Star on a dark evening. This is your time. Do not step into the fear, step into the light. What is it that you're excited about? What is it that you want to do? For me, I am All in on AI. I've been doing AI for many years, but with these, but right now it's AI and AI agents. And not to get all complicated, I am so excited that we can have, let's say, multiple versions of me. That's a good picture or not, I'm not sure. But multiple versions of you, that's a much better picture. I love that, very attractive. Imagine multiple versions of you. Doing all the things that you need to be done today. You got a to-do list that would choke a horse, right? With AI and AI agents, you can actually have an AI do the one task you have to do with going downtown or something and going to take care of appointment, uh, one, two, uh, let's say you got a parking ticket and you want to fight that parking ticket. You have an AI agent fighting that parking ticket. Another one is you need to respond to a bunch of emails. And you have another AI agent respond to emails. Another one is you have to contact your doctor. You can have your AI agent actually contact your doctor and book you a new appointment. This is where we're at today when it comes to AI and AI agents. We can produce multiple versions of us or use the AI agents to make a virtual version of us to do all these tasks that we gotta do. So if you know that's possible, What is it that you want to accomplish? Where do you want to go? What do you want to be? How do you want to change society? What difference do you want to make? And also, how can you change your family status, your family's financial status? This is that moment. AI is the time where the creative people the philosophic people, people who are historians who understand the past because life repeats itself. So if you know everything's going to repeat, where are we going again? This is the time for those people like you who are not a nerd. You do not have to have studied IT or did development or programming If you have never touched any tech, if you feel like every time you touch the TV remote control that everything breaks, this is your time. This is nirvana. This is your moment to roar and shine. AI and AI agents are here to do all the other work to let you excel. That's why I'm smiling. And that's why I've, I've never— why I can't say never, I'm always enthusiastic. But in this moment of time where I see everybody like this intense, and I'm talking to different CEOs and different companies, and man, are they hiding from— they don't want anybody to see how nervous they are. The reality is that a lot of leaders today have rode the last 10, really 12, 13 years, and where the stock market has gone up, society's gone up, and These people have been leaders saying, look how great a job I've done. Ho ho ho ho. You know, for the last 13 years. Well, all that's over. All markets will go down. The price of oil will go up. Our gasoline prices will go up. Our electric prices will go up. Everything's gonna go up. And none of these leaders have any experience at a time when you actually need to lead. You actually need to innovate. You actually need to come up with new ideas and you're the solution. Your creativity, the fact that you have no IT background, the fact you know nothing about AI. This is your moment. This is your moment to say, I'm the solution because I see life differently. And that's why I'm excited. I see that you are right where you need to be. I'm right where we need to be. So what I'm gonna be doing now is I'm gonna share with you my journey, my— what I'm trying to do, and I'm going to correlate it back to you. I'm going to try to— I'm going to show you what I'm doing and then how you can do the— not the same thing, but take that energy, take that ambition, take some of the failures that I have, and I have a few, we all do, but I don't mind talking about mine, and drive that for your success. This is your moment. You never need to be a programmer. You just needed to be you. If you have 5 kids, 6 kids, it is hell on earth with you and AI. Why don't you share your story about being hell on earth? I mean, I honestly, I don't have 6 kids, but if I heard a parent A mother's story about how it is to raise 6 kids. Matter of fact, for me as a father, to hear a father's version of raising 6 kids, wow. And you could tell that story, feed into the AI, and it could create the entire video for you, cut it up for you, edit it for you. That's what I mean by cutting it up, edit it for you, put it out there, put it on YouTube. Who's still paying good money per 1,000, 10,000 views. And now with you and your 6 kids, assuming that times are tough, 'cause having 6 kids, that's quite expensive, you now have a new source of income. And your source of income is all based on you after you get all 6 of those little rugrats in bed, spending 10, 15 minutes telling your story and then letting the AI populate it, distribute it around the world. And now you have a side income. Maybe you have a new primary income because you didn't have an income at all. We are at that point in time now where you, Mr. or Miss I don't have education, I don't know tech, you're the most valuable, most profitable, you're the richest thing in the world. We want to hear your story. We want you to be seen. We want you to be loved. We want you to be appreciated. That's why I'm excited. We're there. The masses can rise up and be and take their position at the head of the line. This is why I'm excited. The world AI is not just the leveling of the playing field, but it's the turning over of the way we've set up the world. It's always been like this where the techies and the nerds have been at the top, you know. Um, God, I'm dating myself. I remember a movie where it was like— was it Nerds? Or the first time you said, I'm, I'm a nerd, and he, he, he, the guy with the glasses. And being nerdy was weird, and the nerds took over the world. And I— you have Microsoft, you have Google, you have Anthropic now, you have Nvidia, The nerds are taking over the world at the top, but they're enabling you to take over, for you to be number one, to you to be wealthy, for you to be seen, for you to be loved, for you to be you, and the world to see you. So as they built this top of all this amazing technology, got heavier and heavier, as it got so heavy, it turned itself over, and at the bottom was the masses. But now the masses can use all this tech that they built for the masses to rise, to masses to grow. That's why I'm excited. So I'm going to share with you what I'm doing, my journey, and I hope it excites you, motivates you. And let me know what else. Let me know what you think. Let me know where you think I should go. But you got to say— you have to look around you and go, wow, this neighbor's not doing well, my cousin's not doing well, my aunt— yeah, I get off the phone, oh, that's their problem. This is my time. This is me. Go forth and spread beauty and light. Get excited. The AI bubble, this bubble that brew— got too heavy on the top and it's just flipped for you. This is your time. This is your moment.
