Hey, everyone. Tom Zoblin here, and I'm coming to you from the Hero Group AI Laboratory. Some of you may know me from my marketing agency, Stratosphere Studio, or from Capture the Keys. But for the past four years, I've been focused on something new. I'm building software for the collision industry that actually puts artificial intelligence to work in the body shop. Now, I think we can all agree that the pressure to grow and thrive in this industry has never been greater than. You know, there's a lot of great consultants and 20 groups and gurus out there helping shops improve. But there's one major area that I think is still wide open, and that's artificial intelligence. AI to me, has the power to solve so many of the daily challenges that shops face, from estimating and scheduling to parts management and communication. But nobody's really putting it to work for the independent shop owner. I believe in this opportunity so much that I sold my marketing agency and I've gone all in on AI. Along with my partner, I founded a new company called the Hero Group. And our mission is very simple. We're going to bring AI powered tools to the collision repair industry to help today's shop owners and technicians thrive, not just survive. That's why I'm starting this series that I'm calling the HERO Group AI Labs. Here's what it's all about. I'm going to bring you inside the lab each week as I experiment with real AI tools. Some prompts, some models, all focused on solving the kinds of problems that you deal with every day. Some of these will turn into full products, and others will just be quick, useful tools that you can use for free and make your shop more profitable and efficient.
