The next one. Buy seller leads. There are places online that will sell leads for sellers. Okay. Two of my students favorites are Z Buyer. Z Buyer right here. You can go on there and you can click on real estate investor and then there's a place where they will offer to sell you properties. Okay. Sell you lists of properties where you can find information about properties. That's one of them. The next one here is fasthomeoffer.com fasthomeoffer.com you can click on professionals and you can see here it says real estate investors and they will make arrangements to help you find and purchase leads from motivated sellers. Again this can be something that you might want to consider. A lot of people use this and a lot of people like it and have good experience with it. Also because they're Internet based they're going to change. Things always change. Do a Google search for others in your area that might sell those leads that you're interested in. Okay. All right.
