Short excerpt from a YouTube video (Tim Bell, Mar 20, 2024) describing a strategy for locating and contacting executors, administrators, and personal representatives of estates so investors or interested parties can access information about and arrange distribution of estate assets.
So the other side of that coin, of course, is to go directly to the executors, the administrators, the personal representatives of estates. When you can identify who those people are, you could actually go directly to those folks, because those are the people that are responsible for the distribution of the assets in the estate. Ultimately, the trust attorney sets up the estate and the living trust, but the executor, administrator, personal representative, the person designated by the deceased person to handle their estate, they will have access to that information. So when you can find them and contact them directly, that can be another great source.
