So the next one on our list here is probate attorneys, estate attorneys, and attorneys who create and arrange and distribute living trusts. Okay. So when someone passes away, there are several different things that can happen to their estate. They may leave a will, or they may not. They may put their assets into a trust or they may not. There's various different things that people do in regards to planning for their estates. The types of attorneys that. That help people with that can be very good. Because obviously, when someone passes away, in many cases, the heirs want to get rid of the house. They don't want the house. They have their own houses, really. They just want the money. And so if you can contact probate attorneys, attorneys who handle probate cases for the state, and also attorneys who create living trusts on behalf of. Of people who have passed away. Or actually they create them prior to them passing away. But they can be a great resource. Remember, most people who are the administrator, executor, or personal representative of a living trust have never been one before. They are a friend or a relative, typically of the deceased person. In most cases, when that person passes away, one of the first things and after the funeral is over, that the administrator, the executor, the personal representative, or the person from the family or friend who is responsible for the estate, the first thing they do is go running to the attorney who created the trust, because they typically don't know what to do. Well, if you have relationships with those attorneys, those attorneys can certainly turn those people on to your services and indicate to them that you're interested in buying the house, saving them lots of money on paying commissions and things like that.
