In this bonus episode of the Trigger and the Truth podcast, host Tina White delivers a fiery, faith‑centered message about divine favor. She argues that God’s favor is a righteous, fair assignment that cannot be earned through networking or popularity, but through alignment and obedience. Tina explains that when others mishandle, betray, or sabotage you, it can be a divine redirection—God uses their mistakes to highlight your purpose and keep you on the right path. She encourages listeners to stay aligned, stay faithful, and recognize that closed doors or betrayals are often protective reroutes rather than setbacks. The episode then shifts to a reflective segment with Speaker C, who turns the focus inward, discussing personal accountability in relationship breakdowns. Speaker C admits to avoidant and potentially narcissistic tendencies, emphasizes the need for honest self‑examination, and calls for healing through truth‑telling and boundary awareness. The overall narrative weaves spiritual doctrine with mental‑health insights, urging listeners to trust divine alignment while also taking responsibility for their own role in relational conflicts.

You ever watch someone play in your face, lie on your name, or try to block your blessing, only to see God still move on your behalf? This episode is a front row seat to what real favor looks like. We're not talking about luck, we're not talking about clout, we're talking about divine alignment. Because sometimes God will allow someone to mishandle you, misjudge you, or try to sabotage your purpose just so the favor on your life can shine even brighter. I'm calling it like it is. God's favor is very fair. It's just not controllable by man. This episode is for the ones who've been overlooked, underestimated, betrayed, and still rose anyway. Welcome back to The Trigger and the Truth. I'm Tina White, and today's episode is a divine clapback. We're calling this one God's Favor Will Let Them Get It Wrong So You Can Get It Right, because there are folks out here trying to figure out how you're still breathing, still building, still blessed. And the truth is, it's not about them. It's about who walks with you. Favor ain't random, it's righteous. Let's talk about this myth: favor ain't fair. I disagree. Favor is very fair. It's just not handed out by people, it's granted by God. There's nothing you can fake, forge, or finesse to earn divine favor. It's an assignment. It's alignment. You can't network your way into it. You obey your way into it. And because favor is fair, it often shows up in ways folks don't expect. That's why people get mad. It didn't come through them. And when God puts favor on your life, he'll absolutely let someone get it wrong so he can publicly make it right. Delusional demons be mad at your assignment. Some of y'all got people who are angry with you for something you didn't even ask for. You didn't force this calling. You didn't apply for this anointing. You were chosen. So to the delusional demons, you mad at me over something God gave me? That's a battle you're never gonna win. Because here's what I know: you can lie on me, but the truth will still show up. You can block my name, but you can't block my favor. You can walk away, but you can't walk off what's been written. God will use the wrong ones to reveal the right path. Sometimes God lets the enemy in the room not to destroy you, but to expose them. Sometimes he'll allow someone to sabotage a deal, walk out on you, or slander your name so he can redirect you into what's really yours. That betrayal wasn't a delay, it was divine rerouting. That closed door wasn't rejection, it was redirection. Let them get it wrong. God's gonna use their wrong to set your right in motion. You just have to stay aligned. The secret to walking in favor is alignment, not popularity, not perfection. Alignment. Stay in position. Stay in obedience, stay in truth, because no weapon formed against you shall prosper. But some weapons will form, you just won't be destroyed by them. Some of y'all were crying over closed doors that God slammed shut for your protection. You were grieving what he never meant for you to keep, but I'm here to remind you, God's favor is still on you even after the betrayal. Even after the heartbreak, even after they got it wrong. So stay aligned, stay faithful, and when they ask how you did it, tell them it was favor. And yes, it was very fair.
To tell the truth, let's unpack a heavy bag that's been bursting at the seams. We owe it to ourselves to hold ourselves accountable, owning our part in the breakdown of a relationship. One of us might be a narcissist, or maybe both of us. Are you willing to tell the truth about your role? Did you burn sage only to pass out from the fumes? Are you perhaps the root cause of the problem? I'll go first. If I'm being honest, I can be problematic when my buttons are pushed or when I feel my boundaries have been crossed. God is still working on me, and that's why we're here. I'm taking this journey with you because I need healing just as much as anyone else. I've had to confront my own tendencies. I've realized that in conflict, I almost always become an avoidant. I shut down, walk away, and don't look back. That's not healthy. So, here's the question: Can you face yourself and admit to your part? The first step toward healing is honesty.
