Hi, my name is Emily Cerda. I'm a microbiome specialist here at Tiny Health, and today I'm going to show you your navigation of your practitioner portal. So at poweredbytinyhealth.com, you can click the sign-in button and a pop-up like this will come up. This is where you can sign in to your practitioner account. Once you sign in to your practitioner portal, this is your view. So as you get test results, you'll be able to see the individual's name, their email address, their kit ID, which is really important if you are communicating with your account manager or with our clinical team. This is how we can pull up the exact kit so we can look over the results with you, or we can talk about any issues in, in transit or delivery or or anything like that. You'll also be able to see the sample date, so when the sample was taken, the status of your kit. So you'll see if it is in transit, so it's been shipped by the patient and it's on the way to the lab, or if it's already at the lab. If it is at the lab, you'll get additional information over here from the release about when it was delivered and when your, your results are expected. You'll also be able to see if an individual has activated their kits, but they have yet to ship it. And that usually means they've gone in, they've created their, their account and put in this kit ID so that it's been activated, but they haven't taken further action. The practitioner review bubble here means that those results have come back. They are there for you to review. And they have yet to be released to the patient. So you can take a peek at those first. And then when things are marked ready, that means that they've already undergone practitioner review. They are released so you can see them and your patient can also see the results. So all of that information is here in this section here where the results are listed. You can look at our interactive portal view. Of the results, which is a great interactive view where you can click around, click into everything, learn more, see the about sections, see studies linked to all of this information. Or you can view the PDF, which is a static document, but it does bring in a lot of the information from the portal. It's just not as interactive. And when you're first learning, at least I like the portal view. of the result to learn. The PDF is great though for download and for placing it in your EHR. So this is where you're going to navigate to look at those results or to see what is going on with your patients. On the far right, you will also see that we do have a patient note option, which if you click on this, it will bring up the patient's results and then you'll have the ability to take notes on the side to say, you know, to the patient, hey, you know, you know, we'd like you to do XYZ. Maybe you want to put your Fullscript link in there or something for them to purchase supplements through your account, anything like that. That will be the patient note over here. So you can click add, it'll say that if you don't have a patient note currently or if it hasn't been published. And if you do have them that have already been published, they will show up as this page view. Right here. So at the top, we'll also see on this blue banner that you have the ability to book a call. And if I click on this, you will be able to book with your account manager to talk through kind of logistics, any questions you have, ordering, things like that. You have the ability to Doing an introduction to Tiny Health, and we'll talk you through the test and, and all of that. And then results reviews are available with our team. So we do offer that free support. And so we will talk you through your results and your patients' information so that you can feel confident moving forward, and you can really learn how to use Tiny Health in your practice. We also have FAQs here and resources, and I'll bring the resources up real quick. You will see the resources for practitioners. We have a lot. We have sample PDF reports. We have interpretation tools, so it's short videos, and also our interpretive guide. We have some get started fundamentals. So if you're just onboarding with us, you have this broken into small chunks about, well, how do I sign up and how do I navigate this practitioner portal? How do I order? How do I sample? All of that is broken up here. And then we also have collection instructions, both in PDF view and in video. And these are nice to copy the link and give that to your patient so that there's no, there's no question. They do get instructions in their kits. But the video instruction especially, that's not something they're going to get in their kit. And that's just a little extra piece of service, and you can make sure that you feel good about that sampling. On your end. We also have the Order Kits button up here, and this is where you can select either a practitioner pay, which means you're going to pay upfront for that kit, and then maybe you're— or maybe you're going to charge whatever you want to the patient, and then you're going to pay the actual fee here. Or we have patient pay, which sends a link to your— you're going to choose what you want, and then when you put in the patient information, it's going to send a link that says your practitioner recommends you buy this, and there's a link, and they do get all of this at your practitioner discount, which is what's listed here. So many times people who use patient pay are packaging their services alongside the test because the patient is paying just your practitioner cost for the test. And then of course you're going to want follow-ups and things like that. For practitioner pay, You will be paying this upfront. You can choose quantities of these. So if you want them for your office, that is available here. And if you have any questions about any of that, I strongly suggest you go to that Book a Call and talk with your account manager because they will walk you through. One of the most important sections of this portal is this little avatar button. So when you click on the avatar button, you will see settings. And in the settings here, you're going to have all of your information. This is where you can enter your, your contact information, your medical information, your license type, all of that, your NPI or MINC, especially if you plan to order pro tests. And then below that, you will see preferences. So this is where you can adjust when you would like the results released to your patients. And so you can say, you know, after 7 days, but maybe you can't see the patient within 7 days of getting their results. So you'd prefer it to be more like 21 days so you could get that follow-up in, talk to them, and then release the results to them. This is totally up to you, but it does affect all of the results, all of the patients in your account. So whatever you set here is, is kind of a global setting. If you choose release manually, I will show you, but you do You have to go back in and click release for every result. You have full control that way, but also we don't want you to accidentally forget to release results, and I'm sure your patient will let you know. But that is, that is on you to release that, to hit that button. Below that, we have some toggle buttons to toggle supplement lists. And action plan recommendations on or off. Now the supplement lists, these show up in both the portal, the interactive view, and the PDF. And you do have the ability to hide these if you pull this slider over. That does hide it from the interactive view. It will just have a box that says see your provider for supplement recommendations. Rather than having our list of recommendations, and that will be the same in the PDF. For the action plan, you can't turn off the action plan in the portal view, in that interactive view, but you can turn off the action plan that is pulled from there into the PDF. So if you're giving your patient PDFs and you don't want them to have that action plan because you've made your own, that's totally understandable. You can turn this off. In the PDF, and it will not show up there. Now again, this is global, so you can't have it on for some and off for others. What you choose here affects your entire account. Okay, so the only other thing here is you will notice that in this demo account, you can see up here it says you have one patient pay request that is incomplete. So it is nice that we've added this little indicator here because you want to be able to track when somebody has paid, if you've done patient pay, or like where they are in the process. So if I click View on this, what it's going to do is it's going to show— this is a demo account, so we have a lot of things going on. But what it pulls up is that we have one individual here that you have sent a patient pay request to. They've gotten the link. It is still incomplete. And so we have the ability to send a reminder. So you can just click that and that will send an email reminder. But that's how you can track, like, well, you know, I wanted this patient to take this test. I haven't seen anything come through. What is going on? That is a great way to see, like, has this gone through already, or what's, what's the hangup? And you can contact your patient. So I hope this is helpful. Check out the rest of our walkthrough series if you have more questions about the test, and definitely book a call to talk with your account manager if you need some more support.
