We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area or region with your broker, branch manager, or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person or contacted the lead in a while. You will also want to check the DNC lists anytime you don't have express permission. Automated calling and texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcba. From mycbdesk.com Navigate to marketing center tile and select. Once Marketing center loads, select Templates on the left side menu. Next, select Presentations under Type. And select cbgl global luxury listing presentation. Select Use Template and then choose a name for this project under Save as and select Create Document. It will take a few moments to load. Navigate through the pages on the left side of the screen below. New Page. Many of the pages in this template allow for customization. The pink highlighted text boxes indicate that you will need to customize that page. Navigate to the right side of the screen to access the text formatting tools. To remove a page from the presentation, right click on the page on the left and select Delete Page. On the left side menu, select My Images. Drag and drop images onto individual pages within the presentation. Click into the text box to make any edits. There will be a blue outline around the text box. Again. To remove a page, right click and select Delete Page. Make sure that all pages with pink text boxes have been edited and or removed from the presentation. Once all necessary edits have been made, navigate to the top right corner and select Share. Then download and select PDF. Print if the intent is to print the presentation, Sam.
