Add the Move Meter and CB Estimate to Your MoxiWebsite / Quick Tip

We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation.

To add the CB Estimate and or Move Meter to your Moxie website, first navigate to the Agent Website Admin Tool Dashboard. From here, click on Site Pages in the left column and then click on the button to add New. From the dropdown, select Custom Page and then submit. For this example I am going to add the Move Meter to my website, but the process for adding the Move Meter and the CB Estimate is identical. Once I've added the name of the page, I'm going to click on the tab for Builder. And then in the top right click on Templates. From the dropdown select Brand Templates and as you scroll down through the existing templates you will see CB estimate 1 through 3 which just represents three different layouts and further down you'll see move meter 1 through 3. To apply these to the page, simply left click do notice that there is a placeholder for a contact form that you will need to add a Contact Me module. So in this case I'm going to delete the placeholder and then in the top right I'm going to click the plus button to add content. I'm going to click on Modules and then I'm going to go to the magnifying glass to search for Contact Me module. Then I can simply left click on that module and drag it to the location that I would like it to appear on the page. Once it is located on the page, click Save and your Move Meter or CB Estimate page is ready. Click Done and then Publish. It is also possible to add the CB Move Meter or CB Estimate to an existing page of your website utilizing the Coldwell Banker module library. In this case I want to add the Move Meter module to the existing Move Meter Landing page that I have created. To do this, navigate back to your admin dashboard, click on Site Pages, click on Add New Custom page and then submit for the Title Add module. We will not be saving this page. Then click on Builder. To access the module library. Click on Templates, Brand Templates and then click on the module library. Scroll down to access the move meter or cb estimate modules. And then what we'll be doing is saving this row. So in this case I'm going to use this row, I'm going to click on the wrench. And then I'm going to click on Save as my title will be Move Meter module, which will then save this in my Moxie Builder platform. Click on Save Once you've saved, you can then click Done and then go ahead and discard. Next, navigate to the page that you would like to add the module. Click on the button Builder to start editing. Click on the plus sign in the top right and then click on the tab for Saved. You'll see that your module will be saved and then I can simply left click and drag into the location on the page that I want that module to appear. The last step is to link this button back to the corresponding page on your website. So I've previously created my Move Meter page. What I'm then going to do is click on the wrench and then make sure that I add my personal Move Meter link into this box.
