Bring Your Brand Life: Working with Design Concierge / Design Concierge / Essentials

This demonstration is for Bring youg Brand to Life Working with Design Concierge we appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you're thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area or region with your broker or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as the tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person has given you their number recently, but remember to check Do Not Call lists regularly if they haven't spoken to you in a while. You will also want to check the Do Not Call list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling and texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. You will personally be liable for any violations of the tcpa. Here's how you can identify records on the Do Not Call list through the Do Not Contact tile on desk. We've talked about what Design Concierge is easy to use high quality agency work on a personal marketing material that's also aligned with the Cold Banker brand standards and state by state requirements. But let's talk about what Design Concierge is not. Design Concierge is your personal branding solution, but we're not set up to meet the quick turnaround demands of listing marketing needs. For property marketing needs, I'd suggest Listing Concierge. While several of our products do offer a two business day turnaround time, Design Concierge is not a solution for a new brand overnight. We will work with you to make sure that it's done right, which means we'll take well spent time to help you build a brand that you'll love and can't wait to share. Design Concierge might cost a little more than your typical inmark freelancer, but that's because we're a full service in house creative agency. Our services include a robust proofing process that includes not only Coldwell Banker brand guidelines but as well as specific state legal requirements. Lastly, Design Concierge products do not include printing. We'll templatize your Creative Design into the Marketing center account on desk or we can release print ready PDF files that you can print with Express Docs or or a printer of your choice. This way you're able to select the stock paper, the quality and the coding of which you'd like the options to be delivered to you. In today's demonstration, we will first discuss how to get through with Design Concierge in today's demonstration, we will first discuss how to get started with Design Concierge. We'll go through the available products and packages and then review the support available to you when you're placing an order. We'll wrap all of this up at the end with a review of the Design Concierge portfolio. We will now go through the live demonstration. We'll start on mycbdesk.com logged into your account here. We'll go to the Design Concierge tile and click to login. For the demonstration purposes I will be using the Design Concierge Demo tile. That you've placed or started will be listed right here in the middle of your dashboard. To view any of the package options or any of the a la carte options, you'll click Add a new order here on the left hand side. From here you'll see all of the product options including a la carte, the package options here, Essentials, Brand Boost and Disruptor and the pricing located at the top. The pricing for all of these a la carte options will be listed once you toggle those products on. If you toggle on multiple products, start with semi custom logo. If we add on the semi custom social media and email header you'll see that the price reflects both of those items. To review, we'll go over some of the product options here. Any of the semi custom options means that you can change the coloring, the font and even some of the design template here. So we'll click on the eye located next to some of these semi custom products. Here is the semi custom logo preview and you can see here all of these templates that are number one icon based logos, initial based logos and name based logos. And you can see these different options here for design and for layout. Again these colors and fonts can be changed in the customization section. Again any of these eyes will show you kind of a preview of what these semi custom products are and how you could change them. So again this one is solid color with an agent logo. This one's an image with a white overlay. So any of these can be changed. The color of the background, the color of the overlay can also be updated too. If you forget what any of these products are, you can see here underneath. There's a brief description on all of these, but we'll go through and I'll read some of these products For Semi custom There's the Semi Custom logo, Semi Custom Social Media and Email header, Semi Custom Outlook Email Signature Semi Custom Business card Semi Custom Personal brochure, Semi Custom Listing Concierge Property Marketing template, Semi Custom moxieworks website and at the very bottom down here, Semi Custom Marketing Center Social starter set. We'll go back to the top here and I'll go over the custom orders as well. Custom logo, Custom professional bio, Custom business card, custom brochure, custom advertising, custom postcard, custom flyer, custom signage, Custom Outlook, Email Signature, Custom Social media and email header, custom listing presentation, custom door hanger and at the very bottom here is Agent Branding consultation. So this is something if you want to talk about anything in your personal brand, you can have a one on one consultation. Before you check out with a package you'll want to complete the profile section up here at the top. So click on your name in the top right hand cor and then click on my profile here. You should have all of the required information first and last name, email address and phone number. If you have a headshot ready you can upload it here as well as if you have a logo here and a website, you'll need all of this information filled out before starting the package. So let's go back to my orders and we can start a package here. So this is the one we just started here. I'm going to say complete order and we'll pick one of these. I'm going to go for custom logo for the sake of showing you the customization options here and how to edit those design details. Once the price updates at the top I'll click Select package and this will take me to the checkout screen. The checkout screen here is a lot like any other online checkout. You'll be able to put in your billing address and card information. Put in here first and last two, three Main street and City and let's do phone number say submit, use this address and then same with the payment method. And you'll put in your payment information here. You'll want to read and accept the terms and conditions here if you want to put any notes here. For example, if you wanted your assistant copied on all the correspondence that's something you could write here. Copy my assistant on the order and then emailmail.com. got that right. As for design details, you'll be putting that in after checkout. So just anything. A brief note about the order you can put here. We'll click Apply. Same with a promo code. If you had that here, you could enter it and click Apply. For now, we'll just say complete. Once we've paid for the order, we'll then go to edit design details. So from here we can either do a new logo or update an existing logo. So if you currently had a logo that maybe you made about 10 years ago you wanted to make some changes to, you could say you want to update that and upload that logo there. For the sake of the demo, we'll do a new logo. And let's see here, there's different color options. We're going to do the bottom here. Let the design team choose. We're going to choose a font, We're going to choose a logo style. So you can go to icon based, initial based or name based. Let's do icon based for now. Brand value. So you can select multiple of these options just to give the designers an idea of what you're looking for in your logo. So let's do elevated, elegant, clean and bold. Say next here. And for the template selection, we're just going to choose something that we like, some ideas of. So I like this one. Let's go down and do this one and maybe this one, too. You can select up to three options on those. We'll say next, and here are some notes you can add. So if you did have some screenshots or you had some files that you wanted to share, you could put Those into a OneDrive file or a SharePoint file, and you could share the link to that right here with the designers. You could also put in some notes here for something simple, like, I'm not sure what I want, but I'd like to have the cursive handwriting and an icon of a turtle. Or if you wanted there to be a house, you could do something specific of. I'd like a house included if it's one or two stories. Anything you'd like to add that gives the designers an idea of what you want? The more you share, the better the designs will be and more accurately, they'll be to what you expect here. So let's just say next in this portion and we'll review changes. I'm going to say done and it'll take you to the order management Dashboard here you can see the status of our order. So once we get assigned to a design concierge coordinator, you'll see it'll be in progress and you'll see all of the products here. So if you did choose a package, you'll see the multiple different products in that package and what the status of each one is. Here you can see photos you can upload here if you wanted to do that instead of the OneDrive file. So if you had the examples here of screenshots or other logos either from the design concierge portfolio, which we'll look at in a minute, or if you had them from other agents or even other brands, you could upload them here as well. Let's go back to desk and I'm going to show you where to access some of the resources here. So under help, center on the design concierge tile, if you click on that, I'm just going to highlight one specific document here. But there is the glossary of terms here where you can see some of the terms that are used when working with designers. This can be really helpful if you're trying to communicate what kind of design you want or if you're working with maybe a print advertiser and they're asking you for specific dimensions or what the bleed is or anything that's like that. The glossary of terms is really helpful to understand exactly what you're trying to figure out and what information you're providing. We're going to look at the service level agreement here though. I'm going to open this link. This will open the document here of contents. So right here under planning. This is a great place to start here about just providing all of the documentation for placing your order here. So in order for this to go as smoothly as possible and for it to keep to turnaround times, we want you to provide all of the information like we went through where you do the checkout and then you provide design details. If you forget to go to the design details and you close the screen, your project won't be started until you provide those. So just a reminder of what you once you do check out, make sure you provide all the information for your project. Here's some information about placing an order and again, anything on project and proof review here. So this document is great for if you're going through this process for the first time. Lots of different information here. We're going to go over specifically turnaround times, but you can also see products and pricing is listed here. Some of the things we briefly went over in this demo. But we'll go to turnaround times for now. Here are some items that have one day turnaround times. This applies to semi custom products including business cards, logos, outlook, email signatures, social media and email headers. And then four day turnaround time also applies to some semi custom products. Moxie website, personal brochure, property marketing templates for listing concierge. And then here's a list of everything that goes from custom products. So advertising, brochure, business card, door, hanger flyer, logo, outlook, email signature, postcard, professional bio copy signage and social media and email headers. Those are also four day proof turnarounds. We'll go to the last turnaround time here. Eight day turnarounds and that applies to global luxury listing presentations and customize residential listing presentation. So any listing presentation product there for the custom side. You can also see on the right hand side of all of these documents that there's a little flowchart on how the process works and what those turnaround times are. I'm going to go back up to the table of contents here and you can see the last thing I'm going to show is here and that's going to be support and resources. So if you go products on the top right, let's say there's logos, business cards, let's say you wanted to look at brochures, you can click in here and you can see some different brochures that design concierge has done in the past. Again these are examples of previous projects. You can customize these however you want but they're a great starting place if you don't know what you want. This is also a really good preview of what some of these sizes are. So some of like the book folds here. If you're looking for something that's horizontal rather than vertical, you can kind of see some options here as to what that formatting would look like in these different cuts. There's some trifolds on here, so just a good option to look at these different resources here.
