I'm your host Anthony Zamora and I will be guiding you through Craft the Perfect pitch using Microsoft's CoPilot value proposition AI enhanced credibility utilize Copilot to highlight your expertise and years of experience in the real estate market, ensuring your pitch resonates with credibility. Personalize pitches with Copilot. Create customized value statements that reflect your unique selling points. Efficient Crafting Save time by allowing Copilot to draft and refine your pitch, focusing on key differentiators that set you apart from the competition. Engaging content leverage CoPilot's capability to produce content Content that not only showcases your professional strengths but also engages your target audience effectively. So by this point, you should have had an opportunity to attend one of the Perfect Pitch sessions that your local marketing specialist has set up. In today's session, we're going to be covering a portion of that and recapping the steps to define your unique value. For the first step, thoughtfully evaluate your unique offering in these three categories. From there, you can identify your value statement, tailor your marketing strategies and ultimately position your business for growth. And here are the three categories that we're going to be recapping from that Perfect Pitch session. Number one Credibility Build trust and define your competencies. Number two Relevance what you bring to the customer in this moment. Number three Differentiation what you offer above the competition and now here's a little tip. Know your competition. Be on the lookout for mailers, billboards or other agent advertising, following other agents on social media to see what they're doing. If it's working, incorporate best practices into your strategy. So first up is going to be credibility. A perception of integrity, expertise and competence that others have in an individual. Build trust and define your competencies by outlining your transaction experience in the area or customer loyalty stats years as a real estate agent serving this community affiliation with local real estate boards or business organizations Global luxury or other certifications Award designations or industry recognition, positive customer feedback, ratings or reviews and of course, the power of the Cold Banker brand and its tools. Next up is relevance, the degree to which someone or something is connected or pertinent to a particular subject, context or situation. So think about what you bring to the customer in this moment. How does your knowledge of current local market conditions align with effectively addressing customers needs? How valuable is your sphere contact and lead network? How are you involved in local groups, community organizations and business networking organizations? Are you well informed about local real estate news or happenings? Do you have affiliations with colo. Banker Cares, St. Jude's or other charitable organizations? And what new technologies or innovations do you use to support your customers? And the last thing is differentiation, the process or strategy of highlighting unique attributes, features or qualities that set you apart and make you stand out in the minds of consumers. So what are some life experiences you've had and how do they benefit you? So for example, were you a former marketing executive, inspector, contractor, interior designer or financial advisor? How do value add hobbies help you stand out in your field? Examples are going to be photography, gardening or home improvement. What are some non real estate hobbies that interest you and how do they enhance your work? For example, are you foodie? Do you love fitness and wellness, Fishing, hiking, traveling, music? Are you a movie lover or a bookworm? Do you have experience working with a specialty customer base in your previous transactions, e.g. military, farm and ranch seniors? First time home buyers? Make sure you're able to back that up. Do you have vendors that can assist home buyers or sellers? Are there programs that set you apart from the competition such as Real Vitalize and what do you offer above the competition? I hope you enjoyed that recap and I hope that it helped you write down some of the unique values that you can offer when we start to construct your value proposition. And now let's go ahead and get into step one, which is accessing copilot. There's going to be a couple of ways that you can do this, but the way that we're going to go ahead and discuss today is Accessing copilot through copilot.Microsoft.com or if you're following along and access it on your phone, you can go ahead and do that as well by scanning the QR code that you have on the screen. Step 2 provide background information and experience. Providing the system with some details about yourself establishes context and assists AI in crafting a suitable tone, clarifying that you work as a real estate agent and specifying your target market, including location and demographics enables the system to generate content that resonates with your audience. For example, real estate agents specializing in beachfront properties for retirees in San Diego, California, leveraging marketing expertise and background in interior design, offering personalized consultations to create serene coastal living spaces. Clients include those relocating from New Jersey, Boston, New York City as well as longtime California residents driven by a passion for helping retirees find their ideal homes. I hope that these examples inspired you to write down some of your background information and experience as these important details are going to be very helpful in crafting your value proposition. So step number three Explain what you need. What do you want AI to generate for you? Maybe you want to highlight specific aspects of your background that position you uniquely in the real estate market, setting you apart from other agents in the area. You just need to clearly state a few key points you'd like AI to emphasize in showcasing your distinctive value proposition within the real estate market. This is a path to your three minute pitch, so let's continue on. Step number three Explain what you need with parameters. Example Number one Help me craft a value proposition as a real estate agent based on these strengths. List five to seven of your credibility, relevance and differentiation points and as you can see, this prompt is very, very simple. Help me craft a value proposition as a real estate agen based on these strengths. Now let's take a look at some of these strengths to the right of our example agent number one credibility local market expertise I have 20 years experience as a real estate agent serving the San Diego community, fostering strong support and connection with local businesses. Number two Differentiation Specialization in beachfront properties for retirees. I provide guided tours of retirement friendly beachfront communities in San Diego, highlighting amenities such as walking trails, golf courses and social clubs to offer clients a firsthand experience in and insights into their potential future living environment. Number three Relevance Diverse client base I have established professional referral network including connections with senior living communities, local interior designers, estate planning attorneys, financial advisors and chamber of commerce. Number four Differentiation Prior career in interior design My experience in interior design provides me with a keen eye for aesthetics, meticulous attention to detail, passion for design and lifestyle, and years of home improvement knowledge. Number five Differentiation Personalized service. I customize property searches to match my client's preferences and needs, considering factors such as style, desired amenities and proximity to leisure activities such as golf courses and cultural attractions. Let's go ahead and get into our first demo. So the first thing that we're going to go ahead and do is we're going to head over to copilot.Microsoft.com Now, I am logged into my Coldwell Banker account, and you can go ahead and do this by simply clicking on the profile area here and using your my CBdesk login credentials. And this is going to give you access to the Kobo Banker version of copilot. And as you can see, we are in a protected session, and this is going to be specific to Kobo Banker. This means that any of our data that we input here is going to be protected and encrypted. And that means that there's not going to be any saved conversations. And so this is the reason why I suggest that you use a text editor to help you write down your bullet points, but to also save your work. So let's go ahead and take a look at what that looks like. Here's my Word document. As you can see, in this example, we have the agent's strengths listed out here. And this is what you guys can do. Start to write down those strengths and just put them onto a Word document or any preferred text editor. And we're going to go ahead and place that prompt here right above the strengths that you have listed. So you can see we have helped me craft a value proposition as a real estate agent based on these strengths. And then you can go ahead and list out your strengths right below that prompt and make sure you don't leave any details out. You want to get in as much as you can, because the more information that you give to AI, the better the result's going to be. I'm going to go ahead and copy this information from my Word document, and we're going to paste that into the prompting area of copilot. And we can go and just get rid of this little image because it wants to say that we actually pasted an image in that can potentially make the response time a little slower. So just go ahead and exit out if you do see that, and let's go ahead and send this through. All right, so it looks like we're getting a value proposition here, and it's coming in a format that I might not necessarily want these bullet points here. The cool thing about copilot, it is going to be like your virtual assistant. And so just as if you're talking to someone in the room, maybe you're a marketing specialist or an office administrator, or maybe you're bouncing some ideas off another agent, you're going to go ahead and simply talk to copilot the same way that you would talk to somebody else in the room. So I can say If I was talking to someone, say, oh, you know what, let's take these bullet points out and just make it all paragraphs. So I can go ahead and ask it to do that. I don't want bullet points. Can you make the. This just paragraphs? And it's going to go ahead and think. And there you go. It's going to then refine your original prompt from bullet points over to paragraph form. And so maybe you're looking at this going, oh, you know what, this might be a little too long, but don't worry, you can go ahead and shorten this. And again, just remember, you can talk to Copilot like an assistant. So I can go ahead and ask it. I would like this to be shorter. Hit Enter and now you have a shorter version of your value proposition. You can also be as specific to say, I would like this to be 1000 character count. And it will go ahead and rewrite that up to a thousand character count. Now, some of the cool things you can do here when you have Copilot running is you have these options here, and I just want to briefly cover some of these things. When you're logged into your account, you can go ahead and start to program it, if you will, or have it understand what you like and what you don't like. And so that way, in future prompts or future questions that you ask copilot, it will remember what you didn't like and what you did like. And so if you like the response, go ahead and like that. I strongly recommend that you do that. But also, if you don't like something it produces, you should also dislike it. So that way the next time it does something for you, it won't bring that style of writing or the way that it presented that information to you. The other option here is to copy this information. You can go ahead and copy that. And if you go back over to your Word document, you can paste that information in. You can also export straight to a Word document, PDF or text form. So if I wanted to go and work on this in another Word document, then I can go ahead and export that and. And it's going to go ahead and open up that statement in another Word document. And I thought this was really cool that it can do that. And now you have the ability to save the outputs that Copilot gives you, because remember, it's not going to save those conversations in our work account because of that data protection. And the last thing that is one of my favorite features here is that it will read aloud that output or the response. So we can go ahead and click on this and hear what it would sound like.
As a real estate expert with 20 years in San Diego, I offer retirees unique beachfront homes. My design expertise and local ties ensure a tailored, insightful service. From exclusive community tours to a vast referral network, I provide a seamless home finding experience. Let's find your coastal haven so you'd.
Be able to hear what that sounds like before you even recite it yourself. And if it sounds like something that you would use, then go ahead and save that. Or if it sounds close to it, then go ahead and export copy to a Word document and start to craft this as your own. Because remember, when using any AI tools, ensure that information you utilize is accurate and not otherwise confidential or protected by copyright. As AI is new, it does not always provide accurate information and it's your responsibility to cross check responses for accuracy. So the other thing you can do here is upload images to craft a statement or you can also use a microphone and talk to it. And those things I would strongly encourage you to explore outside of this class. So let's go ahead and get back over to our PowerPoint. We're going to continue on with step three, which is explain what you need with parameters. In this example, we're going to showcase how you can actually get bullet points from a statement that you provide to Copilot. And in this statement or prompt or question we're going to say help me articulate how my background in interior design uniquely positions me in the real estate market, particularly for retirees seeking beachfront properties in San Diego. What key points can I emphasize to showcase my expertise in the functional and aesthetic aspects that are crucial for creating serene living spaces? Format into condensed bullet points and you can see that the output from Copilot we have bullet points based on this information here. So the bullet points that we have Optimized layout of beachfront properties for retirees needs like accessibility Coastal aesthetic knowledge Curate interiors reflecting coastal living while suiting retireers preferences Focus on tranquility Create serene environments through color lighting and layout choices Functional design elements Integrate practical elements like ergonomic furniture and non slip flooring Attention to comfort Prioritize comfort with cozy furnishings and inviting spaces Experience with age in place design Ensure properties are adaptable to retirees changing needs Personalized solutions Tailor designs to reflect individual preferences and lifestyles let's go ahead and demo what that looks like in Copilot. So let's go ahead and open up our copilot and we're going to use that prompt here. And remember, this is something that you can already pre write in a Word document and just copy over to Copilot. We're going to go ahead and copy that and we're going to head over to Copilot and start a new topic and I'm just going to go ahead and paste that in here. And remember, we can get rid of this little guy here and hit enter. So here are those key points. You can see that some of this is already different from the slides that we showed you. So cool. We have some bullet points here to showcase your expertise and that we can use to craft your value proposition. But we don't need to open up a new conversation to do this. We can actually just come in here and say, help me craft a value proposition based on these bullet points. And it will look at those bullet points and continue that conversation by looking at the bullet points and then crafting a value proposition based on those bullet points. But again, as you can see here, it's going in and using bullet points to craft that value proposition. I could, could have originally just asked it to craft a value proposition based on these bullet points in paragraph form. So I'm going to go ahead and say again, I don't want bullet points. I would like this to be in paragraph form. And absolutely it's going to go ahead and start to write that out in paragraphs. And then from here you have the option to export to a Word PDF or text format. You can go ahead and thumbs up, thumbs down if you don't like it and go ahead and and use the speaker to recite this to you. Or you can simply copy this and then paste it on to the Word document that you're currently working out of. Again, whatever your preference is that will help you work, that's going to be the way that you want to go. All right, so I have something here that it can start to work with. Again, remember, when using any AI tools, ensure that information you utilize is accurate and not otherwise confidential or protected by copyright. As AI is new, it does not always provide accurate information and it's your responsibility to cross check responses for accuracy. Alright, so let's go ahead and get into step number four, which is review and refine results. Remember, AI technology pulls information from across the web to generate your text, offering a starting point. However, it's essential to double check for accuracy. Also keep in mind that the output may not perfectly capture your tone. Feel free to ask for revisions or add your own personal touch when your post reflects your style. It's more likely to connect with your audience. You can ask the AI chatbot to continue the conversation until your desired results. So here are some examples. Shorten this statement. This version might be your 32nd pitch. Add another of your strengths or focus more on one with My top strength is X and example number three make it more conversational. So I've already shown you how you can go ahead and edit from bullet points to paragraph form, but you can also set the tone here. So if you want it to sound more conversational, you can simply just ask can you make make this sound more conversational and it'll rewrite it to that tone. You can replace the word conversational with humorous professional, luxury, family friendly, warm and welcoming. You know, whatever the tone is that you want and it will rewrite your value proposition in that tone. So let's go ahead and hear some of this and see what it sounds like.
Of course, here's a more conversational take on your value proposition. Imagine stepping into a home where every detail whispers of the sea and the sand, where the sunset's glow fills your living room every evening. That's the kind of beachfront retreat I love to create for folks looking to enjoy their golden years in style. With a background in interior design and a nose for the real estate market, I've got the know how to turn any space into a cozy corner of paradise, especially for those ready to kick back and relax by the San Diego shore.
So this sounds a lot less professional, maybe a lot less more robotic and way more conversational. Way more, you know, approachable. But we can also say shorten to 30 seconds and it's going to rewrite your value proposition to a 30 second value proposition. So let's see what that sounds like.
Certainly. Here's a concise version. Your beachfront haven awaits. As an interior designer with real estate expertise, I create homes that blend beauty and functionality. Retirees seeking a serene beachfront lifestyle in San Diego benefit from my tailored spaces, coastal aesthetics and insider knowledge. Let's find your perfect slice of paradise by the sea.
And that sounds great for their 30 second pitch. It's amazing. And then lastly, step number five finalize the statement. So here are some key takeaways. Put your value proposition in your own voice, commit to memory and practice, practice, practice and make sure you confirm its accuracy.
