We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager, or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember the check that DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used.
You will be personally liable for any.
Violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation.
Log in to mycbdesk.com and click on the Market Quest tile to get started. Select View Claims here. You'll notice that a handful of top ranked claims are automatically displayed by default. The system will promptly present all number one claims within your chosen multiple listing service area. In order to narrow down your results, you have the option to utilize filters. The very first way that I can narrow my results is by utilizing search locations. Begin by searching for your desired location. You may enter the county, city, or zip. Observe that Los Angeles is highlighted in red indicating no top claims. If you're searching for an area where we are not ranked number one, adding it to the report may trigger an error message or indicate that we're not the top ranked for that area. Conversely, Newport beach appears gray signifying we did secure top claims there. The next filter is also for your location, but rather than typing in the area name, you can simply scroll through this list of all available counties, cities, and zip codes. As scroll through, some areas are grayed out indicating no top claims, while others remain selectable in black. Once you've selected your location, either through the search bar or the list, you can add additional report filters options. Include Transaction side with choices between Total list or Buy side. Another filter option is Sales type. Next is the time period. Then there's the price range. Lastly, choose how the reporting and Number one claim are classified by brand level, brokerage level, or Office level. After selecting your filters, click the blue Update button to narrow down the results. Select a report to view it in detail and share. You'll be presented with data regarding the leading entities based on your selected criteria. After analyzing and reviewing our report, it's time to share it. You can choose from several options by selecting the blue Share Report button in the upper right hand corner. The first option is to preview a website automatically generated for the Number one claim. This creates a URL containing all the data including the full graph branded with your contact information and social links. Alongside previewing the website, we can directly share to social media with five Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Twitter, or copy the website URL to share in other formats as needed. Our next sharing option is to export as a PDF. You can customize various aspects of the PDF, such as choosing between landscape or portrait format. You can also preview the changes in real time. Additionally, you have the option to hide your own information, the competitor names and the brand logo, although it's important to note that some areas may require the brand logo on marketing materials. Once you've chosen your export options, simply click the export button to immediately download your PDF. Returning to the Share Report option, the final choice is email. You can send the selected one claim to any email address and add up to three recipients. At the bottom of the page you'll find an option to download Marketing Assets we offer two types of number one assets. The first is a number one image available in three different size wide for Facebook, tall for Instagram or Facebook Stories, and square for Instagram posts. Simply click on the desired size to download the image for sharing. The next marketing asset option is the Number one graph. Unlike simply indicating our top ranking, this option includes a breakdown of the top five competitors within the graphic. These graphics are available in the same sizes for social media wide, tall or square, but now with the inclusion of the graph. Additionally, you can download either graphic for a homespot or Boost digital ad suitable for both web and Facebook formats.
