We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager, or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation. Log in to mycbdesk.com and click on the Market Quest tile to get started. Choose Create Custom Market Report. Begin by searching for your desired location. You may enter the county, city, or zip. The next filter is also for your location, but rather than searching the area by name, you can simply scroll through this list of all available areas in your multiple listing service area. Next, select the report Filters. When selecting the property type, you have the option to choose one or more of the single family, townhome, condominium, multifamily mobile or commercial and lot Land farm. The default selection includes single family, townhome and condominium. Next, select the time period, then move on to selecting the price range. You have the option to manually input a minimum and maximum price or leave it blank. Clicking Update will generate or update the report based on your selected criteria. The Custom Graph report gives you a custom detailed statistics about the real estate market. See trends on sales, average sales price, and more. Choose the data points you would like to display on your Custom Market report. You may choose to download the data as an Excel or CSV file. You can share the report as a PDF. Click on Export Report to proceed. You can customize various aspects of the PDF, such as choosing between landscape or portrait format. You can preview the changes in real time. Furthermore, you can choose to hide the COVID cover page, your own information and trend lines. Once you've chosen your export options, simply click the Export button to immediately download your PDF.
