We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager, or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC list regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list any time you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation.
Hello, this tutorial video is going to be all about editing and sharing your listing Concierge flyer from your listing Concierge order. This flyer is a self service item that's available in all three listing concierge packages. To access, we're going to get started on the CV desk and click onto the Listing Concierge tile. Then I'm going to select my relevant order and select Manage Order. To find my flyer, I'm going to either look in my product tracking section on my main page or in the Products and Services tab on the left hand menu under the flyer section reminder. The flyer is a self service item that I'm going to be able to download and print in Office. This product is going to become available to edit and download as soon as I have my photography uploaded to my order, my property description added and and my listing concierge has released these proofs to edit already. It is going to auto populate a default design with the listing heading photography and the description as well as my personal information. However, all of these fields are going to be customizable. In fact, I can even change this templated design. To do so, I'm just going to click on the option to change design and then it's going to lead me to a gallery of different flyer options. Some of these are going to be one page or two page design choices. If I select a different design, I just have to select the box to select the design and confirm that change. Now with my new design I can click in my box to adjust my property heading if I wish. I can also click on this camera icon to show my photography and I can swap out any photo I wish just by dragging and dropping them in. I can also click on the photo and select the crop button here to edit the size and cropping of my photo and then I can just hit apply if I wish just to exclusively use my favorite photos. I can select the option here for my favorites and work with just those photos. Next I can click into my description here and I can make changes that I wish including add. I can bold sections, italicize or underline. I can also add bulleted or numbered lists. Once I'm happy with the design changes, all I have to do is go to done and then I can download either a low resolution or a high resolution PDF version of my finished flyer. The low resolution is going to be great if I wish to embed this into an email or share on any other digital platform. High resolution is going to be ideal for printing in office. What's great about the listing Concierge flyer is I can always come back in to make edits or change the design completely and recreate and regenerate this flyer for as many times as I wish.
