Create a Market Trends Report in Market Quest / Quick Tip

We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember, remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages in artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation. Log in to mycbdesk.com and click on the Market Question style. To get started, choose Create Market Trends Report. Begin by searching for your desired location. You may enter the county, city or zip. The next filter is also for your location, but rather than searching the area by name, you can simply scroll through this list of all available areas in your multiple listing service area. Next, select the report Filters. When selecting the property type, you have the option to choose one or more of the single family, townhome, condominium, multifamily mobile or commercial and lot land farm. The default selection includes single family, townhome and condominium. You can select a specific month with the default being the most recently completed month, then move on to selecting the price range. You have the option to manually input a minimum and maximum price or leave it blank. Clicking Update will generate or update the report based on your selected criteria. The Market Trends Report provides detailed statistics on the real estate market over the past three years. It covers trends in sales, average sales price, and more. You have the option to view trend data as up and down arrows, percentages or numbers. You may choose to download the data as an Excel or CSV file. You can share the report in two ways, the first being through a PDF. Click on Export Report to proceed. You can customize various aspects of the PDF, such as choosing between landscape or portrait format. You can preview the changes in real time. Furthermore, you can choose to hide the COVID page your own information and select which sales data tables to display. Once you've chosen your export options, simply click the export button to immediately download your PDF. Besides downloading as a PDF, you can email the Market Position Report to up to three recipients at a time.
