We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person or contacted the lead in a while. You will also want to check the DNC lists anytime you don't have express permission. Automated calling and texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. To get started, go to mycbdesk.com and sign in using your CBR credentials. Next, click on the Marketing center tile. Once in Marketing center, click on Custom Video on the left side menu. All of the available templates will show on the screen. Hover over one of the templates. There are two options, one to preview and one to select the template. There are both vertical and horizontal video templates. Click on the trend report 2025 Global Luxury. Once in the customization, there are options to record a voiceover, upload audio, or change the layout and motion of this template. Click to change the layout and motion, then select the option to change the layout of your end card and choose whether or not to include a headshot. Select Preferred Title page Format. Click Back to Edit to return to the customization options. To change the formatting from horizontal to vertical, click the icon in the top right corner with the three size options. Select scene 2 at the bottom of your screen. Add agent name, email, phone number, website URL, and license number. If it is required in your. Sa. Click the Preview icon in the bottom right corner of the template and preview the. Sam. If there are no errors or changes that need to be made, click Close. In the bottom right corner, Select Proceed and add to Library. Download the video from your video library.
