This demonstration is Create Custom Videos. We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you're thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area with your local broker, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call a person if they've recently given you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC list regularly if you haven't spoken to that person in a while. You'll also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling and texting platforms, as well as prerecorded messages and artificial voices, should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. Here's how to navigate and use the Do Not Contact system through MYCV Desk. First sign in to desc, then click on Do Not Contact. Type in the phone number to be checked and the results will show records for federal, state and and anywhere advisors company Do Not Call Lists. You. With that being said, let's get started. You can find the Custom video tool via Marketing center on Desk. The first step is to log into desk@mycvdesk.com Once you've logged into Desk, search for the Marketing center tile. You can do so by scrolling through Desk or searching Marketing center in the search box at the top of your screen. Once in Marketing center, select Custom Video from the left hand menu. This will open up the custom video tool in a separate tab. The first thing you'll see in the Custom Video tool is a library of templates available for you to personalize. Feel free to peruse and preview the available video templates. These videos may vary on how much content is available for you to customize. Once you choose a video to customize, click select to enter the Video Editor. Now that we've selected our video template, we will use the editor to customize the content. The custom video tool allows you to easily edit the video one scene at a time. On the left side menu is your main hub for scene editing options. Beneath that is Scene Order, which is where you can reorder, add, duplicate, or delete scenes. Keep an eye on the cloud icon to ensure automatic saving voiceovers can be added to each scene. Use the toggle to turn on and off the voiceover feature. You can easily change the video's aspect ratio by clicking on the horizontal, vertical, or square options located here. To choose background music for your video, select from a diverse library of license free audio samples. Please note a default audio selection will be in place for most video templates. Now let's get to the fun part of customizing each of our scenes. When using the Scene Editor menu on the left hand side of your screen, we recommend starting at the top and working your way down. To start, we will replace the background image with our own image or video. You'll be able to import images and videos from your own device as well as select from a library of video content. The editor allows you to zoom and crop the images as well as trim video clips. The best practice is to remember your aspect ratio and crop your content to fit either the horizontal, vertical, vertical, or square video format. You can also adjust the length of the scene and manually enter your desired timing. Once you've replaced the background image, you can click Back to Edit to move on to the next option. You can upload or replace your headshot using this section here. If you're looking to record a voiceover, you can directly do so in the Voiceover section located here by clicking on the Record button. You can also upload a file using the arrow icon here. Next, you'll want to enter all of the text details including name, email address, address, listing, price, etc. Sa. To preview this scene, click on the Preview button located in the lower right corner of your screen. To move to the next scene, you can Simply click on scene 2 in the lower section or click on the arrow to the right of the screen currently appearing. Once you've moved on to the next scene again, you'll want to start from the top and work your way down. Starting with Image or Video, you can upload or replace the video or photo currently shown by using the Upload button. After it's been successfully uploaded, click to select the photo and then click Back to Edit to complete the process again. Voiceover is completely optional in this template, and you can record directly here by using the Record button or or upload a previously recorded voiceover by using the Upload icon located here in the section below. You'll enter in Property Details. Notice as you make edits in this field, it will update on the preview to the right side of your screen. If you do want to change the layout or the motion of a specific scene, you can click Layout in Motion button here. This will allow you to choose different layouts for this scene. To return back to your editing process, click on Back to Edit in the top left corner. Let's move on to Scene three. The final scene on most videos will be an end card like what you're seeing here on the screen. This process works very similar to the previous scenes, but has a few extra elements. You'll first want to start by adding your headshot. If it's already uploaded, you can click the Replace button located here and select your headshot from your uploads. If not, you'll need to upload your headshot using the Upload button located here. You can choose to upload a personal agent logo or QR code instead of your headshot if you choose. The DBA name section is optional. Please note that if you're part of Cold Banker Realty Office, there's no action needed at this step. Next, you'll want to enter all of the text details located here, starting with your name. Be sure to include your license number if it's required in your local market. You have the option to change the background type by selecting the options located here. Once all of the scenes are completed, you can preview the full video. If you're happy with the final product, you can move on to the next step. To preview the video, simply click on Preview in the lower right corner. Now let's talk about exporting and downloading your video. We're almost to the finish line. Our last step to finalizing the video will be to Publish. Click Publish to process the video. It's this button located in the bottom right corner of the page to Publish. After clicking Publish, you'll be passed through to the Videos page. From here, look for the green eye icon under the Status column. This means that the video is ready. On the far right, locate the three dots in the right hand column. After clicking Select Download, You'll want to select the Resolution Quality that you desire and and then click the Download button. Once your video is downloaded, this can be shared onto your social media, sent directly to clients, or uploaded into your moxieworks Agent website. Sometimes we may need to go back in and make edits or updates to our video template. To do this, from the Videos page, you'll want to click on the title of the video you want to edit. From here, select the Open With Editor to edit a published video, which can be found by clicking on the three dots on the far right hand column or by selecting the button located here. After you've adjusted the format, click Cropping or Text. You'll need to republish by selecting Publish again. Please note doing this will generate a new saved version of your video.
