We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area region with your broker, branch manager, or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. We'll mention the TCPA a few times throughout this presentation.
Log into my cvdesk.com and click on the Marketing center tile. Go to the Templates tab on the left navigation bar. Type Holiday into the search bar, then select the Holiday Social Images template. Be sure to choose the one For Coldwell Banker Realty, Click Use Template, give your document a name, and select Create. To access the post copy for all the Holiday images, click the appropriate link link on the default page that appears. Save this PDF so you can reference it for your posts throughout the year. We will show you how to use the copy during the posting segment of this demo. To start selecting your Holiday posts, click the New Page button and scroll through the options. Once you find an image you'd like to use, simply click on it to add it as a new page. You can add as many images as you'd like and download them in bulk. Once you save the Post copy, you may delete this default page. Once you've selected all your desired images, proceed to download in the upper right corner. Download the image or images as JPEG and save it to your computer. To post to social media, log into your account and create a new post. Select the option to upload the image. Open the Social Copy document and copy the text that corresponds to the image. Then paste it into your post.
