After the moxiworks suite loads, you will see Impress in the menu at the top of the right. After the moxieworks suite loads, you will see Impress in the menu at the top of the screen in a blue bar. You'll first be prompted to the Home screen in Impress, where you'll find a navigation bar to help guide you. We will go through an overview of the available materials in just a moment, but here's a brief overview of what the navigation bar is Current Listings feed from the MLS and appear here in Home. From here you can jump into Create new Project, Edit existing Project, Manage any listings, View Projects, or Create Marketing Kit. The Projects tab will allow you to view recent projects, show project folders which are usually organized by property, address, marketing, asset, or Create new projects. Again, The Designs tab is a great place to begin a project and review the Design gallery. You can start by choosing a product or design. We'll come back to this in a few moments to review in further detail. The Contacts tab is where any contacts from your Moxie Engage account are held. This is a one way feed so any new contacts you add to Engage will feed to Impress but not the other way around. You have the ability to create new contacts, import contacts and manage groups you may not want in Moxie Engage, for example a farm, agents or vendors. And lastly you'll see the Listings tab where you'll find all of your listings from the current year. Here you can manage projects for each listing and create a new listing from scratch. This is great for coming soons or off market properties. Now that we've covered the navigation bar, we can get into creating new projects and materials. Let's review what Moxiompress has to offer. Click on the Designs tab to see the overview and begin a project. You can choose to start with a product or a task. Here's an overview of the products. There are Brochure Brochures are printed or digital documents that provide detailed information about a property. They typically include high quality images, property features and contact details. Use cases would be to distribute at property showings or open houses to mail to potential buyers or to include in property information packets. E Cards are electronic greeting cards that can be customized with property details. They're often used for announcing new listings or special events related to a property. Use cases would be email to contacts or email to agents. E newsletters are regular email updates sent to subscribers. Property related e newsletters can include featured listings, market trends and other relevant content. These are completely custom. Use cases would be to keep potential buyers informed about new listings or to showcase success stories. Flyers are single page marketing materials that highlight key property features. They're often used for quick distribution, to distribute at open houses, keep in a flyerbox at the property, or to leave in public places such as coffee shops or community centers. Postcards are concise marketing pieces that can be mailed directly to potential buyers. They're eye catching and typically feature high quality images. Use cases would be to announce just listed open houses or just sold, but also to promote price reductions. Social media graphics are visual assets designed for platforms like Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. They can include property images, captions and relevant hashtags. You can use these to create buzz around a new listing or to engage with potential buyers. Online videos provide an immersive experience for potential buyers. They can showcase the property's interior, exterior and neighborhood. You can use these to create virtual property tours or to share on YouTube or social media. Virtual tours allow potential buyers to explore property online almost like a website. Virtual tours highlight featured photos and details of the property easily shared quickly. These can be easily shared quickly with contacts or or use as a versatile asset to share online. Property specific websites provide comprehensive information about a listing. They can include photos, videos, floor plans and neighborhood details. You can use these to create a dedicated online presence for a property and to attract serious buyers who want detailed information. Now here's an overview of assets you can create for individual tasks. These are great for specific circumstances when marketing a property. Coming Soon Create Coming soon would be for creating teaser brochures, e cards and social media graphics. You can prepare a video trailer for the property and you can set up a dedicated webpage with a countdown timer. Global Luxury has design high end brochures and newsletters. You can produce a professionally shot video tour and you can optimize social media graphics for luxury platforms. Some of the other options in here are just listed just sold, Open House and Price Reduction. Now that we've covered all of the different types of marketing assets available, let's jump into actually creating a project from the homepage. Select View Projects on the listing of your choice. To view the pre made templates that were auto created. We'll do a demo of a single property website for today. You'll then see a screen with the available materials. Simply click on the project you wish to create. You can click on Preview to see what the autodraft has created and then if you wish to make edits, select the Edit button to do so. From here you will need to name the project and add a description if desired, then hit Save and Continue. Next, you'll move to a page to add and arrange photos. Initially, the MLS photos will fill the available photo spots, the order that they're displayed on the mls. If you would like to change the photos, you may click on the Replace icon on the bottom of the photo to quickly replace it. The other option is to delete all of the undesired photos and then click the Add icon on the empty photo spot to load multiple photo. You may use photos that are downloaded to your device. Project photos will allow you access to all the MLS photos, or you can connect to Dropbox. After you've placed all of your desired photos, you may notice that there are cropping and editing tools built in so you can perfectly position your best listing photos. Scroll to the bottom and click Save and Continue. Now you can update the text for your project. Note that changing text within the project does not affect the overall listing within Impress or mls. Scroll to the bottom and click Save and Continue. Now review or edit the agent information for this project only. There is the availability to add a co lister if applicable. Scroll to the bottom and click Save and Continue. Now it's time to distribute your project. You can select how you wish to do this. You can publish to the web. This will create a unique link to use. You can publish unbranded. This will create you a unique link but without the agent information was this will also create you a unique link but without agent information. Most common use for this is on your local MLS which will not allow you to include your name or contact information. You can also tweet a link. This will send the link directly to X formerly known as Twitter. Depending on the project types, additional sharing options are available. You can email to contacts. These are your contacts in Moxiompress and you have the ability to track the analytics. You can download a PDF which is great for printing flyers in the office. You can download an image which is great for social sharing and you can print options so you can send a marketing piece directly to Express Docs for professional print. Next we're going to work on a marketing kit. These are the ultimate hack in Moxy and Press because you get to choose an entire kit of marketing assets that fit your specific needs. These assets are already auto created for you too. You'll navigate back to the homepage and select Marketing Kit for the listing. Next, we'll start to choose our collection based on just listed open house price reduced and just sold. Make note of the marketing item count at the bottom of the preview tile just below the collection name. You'll see that some kits offer four or five items and some offer as many as 10. My personal suggestion is to select the marketing kit that has the most. Then you can decide when and where to use those extras. Once you choose a product, the photos and marketing text for the listing will be pulled from the mls. From there, the rest is just like how we created and viewed an individual project. Everything was created and ready to be distributed in seconds. To review the proofs for the individual marketing items, you can change and edit text and photos. Print pieces can be published to the web, emailed or downloaded as digital files, or sent to Express Docs for printing and distribution.
