This demonstration is Engage your sphere with automated email drip campaigns using Moxi Engage. We appreciate you being here since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you're thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your area with your local broker, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as tcpa. The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the Do Not Call list regularly if you haven't spoken to that person in some time. You also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling and texting platforms, as well as the use of pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable to any violations of the tcpa. Here's how to navigate and use the Do Not Contact system Inside of Desk first sign into desk and click on the Do Not Contact tile. You can type in the phone number in order for it to be checked and the results will show records for federal, state and anywhere advisors company Do Not Call Lists. The Moxie Engage CRM is designed to fit the unique selling needs of real estate agents. Moxie Engage is centered around the sphere selling methodology because an affiliated agent sphere is what makes their business world go round it. It leverages property data, encourages long term lead nurturing, drives repeat and referral business and helps keep agents on track to reach sales goals. Some of the key features of the Moxie Engage CRM system is contact management, email marketing, MLS integration, goal settings and task recommendations. Emails must clearly state it is a solicitation and provide the consumer an opt out. Campaigns allow you to connect with your sphere of influence via a collection of automated emails. In this demonstration we will go over some of the campaigns that you can find in Moxie Engage that you can set and forget. Whether you want to touch base with your entire sphere for holiday well wishes, entice possible sellers with listing concierge or keep in touch with your home owning clients with some helpful tips. Let's get started. Emails must clearly state it is a solicitation and provide the consumer an opt out. You can find the Moxiworks suite on desk and the first step is to log into desk@mycvdesk.com Once you've logged in search for the Moxiworks tile and you can do so by scrolling through desk or using the search bar at the top of your screen to search for moxieworks. Once the blue banner has loaded at the top of the screen, you'll want to locate the Engage button seen here and select campaigns. This will take you into your campaign library. This section allows you to view and set up email campaigns, listing announcements, create and send out email blasts, as well as access all of the stats to your neighborhood news. Today we're just going to be focusing on Drip campaigns. Please note this screen will also show you any of your active, archived, paused or awaiting setup campaigns. You can see that information across the top here. If this is your first time setting up a campaign, it's not going to show in the list just yet. The first step in setting up a campaign is adding the campaign to your personal library by clicking on the blue Add from Library button in the top right corner. From this pop up box, you'll see a full list of campaigns available to you. If you would like a quick tip on how to easily navigate all of these campaigns within the library, locate the drop down arrow next to the Name header located here. From here, you'll be able to alphabetize the titles of these campaigns to quickly find the ones you're looking for. On the left side of your screen you'll notice the type or name of campaign as well as on the right side of your screen you'll notice a Preview button and Add to Campaigns button. The Preview button allows you to preview all of the emails that you can find within that campaign series. You can use the scroll bar here to see the entire email and use the buttons at the top of the email to toggle between the different emails within that campaign. When you've selected a campaign that you'd like to add to your library, you'll need to click on the Add to Campaign buttons in the lower right corner. For this demo, I'm going to show you how to set up the Holiday 2024 campaign from within the Campaign section. Here again, you have the ability to alphabetize the list. I'm going to scroll through the entire library to find the campaign titled Holiday 2024. To the right, click on Add to Campaigns. You'll see a green confirmation box that the campaign was added to your library. You can go ahead and click Close if it doesn't close automatically. In order to set up the campaign, you'll just need to click on the campaign title here on your screen. From within the campaign Setup window, you'll have the following options. First, you can edit the name of the campaign. Notice when I click on Edit Name, it opens up this field for me to type Replace or edit the Name of this Campaign Please note that any edits you make to this area will only be seen from within your account. It does not display to the clients or the consumers receiving the campaign emails. The first step is adding your recipients to the campaign. First, click on the Setup button to the right of your screen. Then you'll need to click on the Add Recipients button on the left side of your screen. Notice on the right side of your screen, a new menu option has opened showing all of the people that are currently inside of your Moxie Engage system. You can scroll through your contact list to add individuals, or you can click on Groups to add in groups to the campaign. For the holiday campaign, we recommend clicking the Groups tab and selecting All Current Contacts so that everyone in your list can receive the emails. An important note is that this will also automatically add any new contacts added to the Moxie Engage system to this campaign without having to make any changes. If you select an individual group, it will automatically set up new contacts added to that group to receive the campaign too. Once you've made your selection, be sure to click on the Add button in the lower right corner. From here, you'll need to click on Save. The next step is to confirm the schedule is set up the way that you'd like. The holiday campaign is set up to go out on the dates of the holiday with the company provided email. You do have the option to edit the schedule by removing emails, changing the date they're sent out, or adding in your own emails. However, this is not recommended for this campaign as it will unthink the campaign from the company. This means that if the email for a future holiday, like let's say New Year's Eve, for example, is changed by the company, yours would not automatically change. You would need to manually come in and switch out the old version for the new version. Let's take a look at what I mean by editing a campaign schedule. You'll want to locate the Edit Schedule button in the top right corner of the Campaign Schedule section. Note the disclaimer on your screen indicating what would happen if you break that sync from the company campaign schedule. You can go ahead and click Confirm if you're okay with this option. From within this section, I can see all of the holiday emails that are scheduled to go out for the remainder of the year. If you need to make an adjustment to the date that that campaign email is being sent, locate the Send Date column and click on the calendar I in that area. From here, you'll be able to select the date you wish that email campaign to be delivered. If you need to view an email within the campaign, simply click on View. This will show you a preview of what that email looks like. If you'd like to remove an email from the campaign, you can simply click Remove located here on your screen. After you've made any edits to this area, be sure to click on the blue Save button in the lower right corner. Once the schedule is confirmed and the recipients are added, you'll want to click on the Run Campaign button in the upper right hand corner. Now let's go back to our main Campaigns page and talk about a couple other options for campaigns that you can set up to your sphere of influence. Again, to locate any of our campaign templates, you'll want to find the Add From Library button up in the top right corner of your screen. From here, I'm going to click on the Name dropdown and sort these in an alphabetical order. A couple of other recommendations of campaigns that you can set and forget to your contacts would include our Sellers Listing Concierge campaign as well as our Homeowner's Tips campaign. I'll show you what each of these looks like. First, let's locate the Seller campaign that talks about listing concierge. As I scroll through my alphabetized list here, I'm going to locate the CBR Seller Listing Concierge campaign located here. Again, I can preview the entire campaign by clicking on Preview. If I wish to add the campaign to my library and set it up to my recipients, I'd click on Add to Campaigns. The setup process is exactly the same as what we did with the holiday campaign. Again, I can click Close to go back to my campaign menu, click on the title of the campaign and make the adjustments as needed. I can edit the name of the campaign, set up the recipients by clicking Setup and Add Recipients. Again, be sure to click Save after you've completed that step, and then I have the ability to edit that schedule if I want to change the cadence that those emails within that campaign are distributed. You also have the ability to view or remove each of the emails within this campaign. After you've made any changes here, be sure to click Save in the lower right corner. When you're ready to send the Seller Listing Concierge campaign, click on Run Campaign in the top right corner. Now let's see how to set up a homeowners tip campaign again. From my My Campaigns window, I'm going to click on the Add From Library button in the top right corner. We have a couple of options here. The first is a energy saving tips and the next is a home update idea. Again, you can preview either of these campaigns by clicking on the Preview button to the far right. After you've previewed the campaign and decided that you want to set it up to your contacts, click on the Add to Campaigns button. Once you've message, you can click the Close in the top right corner again. Repeating the steps from the previous two campaigns we've already activated, you can click on the title of the campaign in order to get into the Campaign Setup window. From here you'll have the same options, editing the name of the campaign, selecting the recipients, and making any edits to the schedule of the emails within that campaign. After you've saved your changes, be sure to click on the Run Campaign button after it's turned blue in the top right corner. Now let's talk a little bit about the campaign analytics from your campaigns window. Here, you'll be able to see all of your current campaigns listed on the screen Notice. On the right side of a campaign, you'll see columns with the following Open Rate, Click Rate, the number of opens, the number of clicks, and the number of unsubscribes. Please note that even though you're seeing zeros on my screen currently, these will actually show live numbers of the contacts who are opening, clicking and unsubscribing from your email campaigns. If you wish to do a deeper dive into that information, you can click on the number and it'll show the name of the contact or contacts who are opening, clicking or unsubscribing. If you need a reminder as to the emails that are included within a specific campaign and the schedule of when they'll be sent, you can click on the View Emails button located at the bottom of your campaign here. This will show you when the next email within the campaign will be delivered and will show you any stats to previous campaigns that have already gone out.
