The general rules are that it's okay to call people if the person recently gave you their phone number, but remember the check that DNC lists regularly if they haven't spoken to that person in a while. In this video, we will discuss how to use AI to create social media captions and hashtags for your Listing Concierge Social Media Banner to begin, log into my cvdesk.com select the listing Concierge tile, click on the order you want to manage. Choose the social media banner from the available products. Choose your desired design from our options. Your headline, marketing description and property address may auto fill in some of the designs, and if that happens, you'll want to edit it down. Click the Make Edits button and then click on the text box to make your changes. When you're done, select Save. You can click the camera icon to swap out your featured image. Select Done. To generate a social media caption using AI, click the light bulb icon in the top right corner to expand it. Adjust the slider to set your preferred caption length, and choose if you want to include emojis. Next, give a brief prompt about your listing that is under 100 characters long. Click Generate to get your caption. You can click Regenerate if you'd like to see an alternative version. Please remember AI generated content may contain errors. Verify for accuracy. You can click within the text box to make edits. You can also click Generate to get suggested hashtags. Click Regenerate if you'd like to see alternatives.

When you're ready to post on social media, click the Download button to get a high resolution copy of your social media banner. Keep this Listing Concierge tab open as you will refer to it to copy your captions and hashtags. Open your social media account in a new tab and start a new post. Upload your social banner, Then go back to the Listing Concierge tab. Copy your caption using the Copy icon and paste it into your post. You can also copy and paste your hashtags.
