This demonstration is Get Social with Clients for Life, a Prospect Square Essentials Level course. We appreciate you viewing this video since this program is optional and discusses best practices for your consideration. If you are thinking of adopting any of them, please make sure to review the requirements in your region with your broker or manager, including those related to contacting consumers. We do want to highlight the importance of the Telephone Consumer Protection act, better known as the tcpa, is that it's okay to contact people if that person recently gave you their phone number, but remember to check the DNC list regularly if you haven't spoken to that person in a while. You will also want to check the DNC list anytime you don't have permission. Automated calling or texting platforms should never be used. Pre recorded messages and artificial voices should never be used. You will be personally liable for any violations of the tcpa. To navigate to and use the Do Not Contact system, first sign on to desk, then click on the tile for Do Not Contact. Then type in the phone number that you would like to check and results will show records for Federal, State and Anywhere Advisors Company Do Not Call Lists.

In this demonstration, we will be covering the following topics. First, we'll take a quick look at your Prospect Square profile and then we'll demonstrate how you can leverage the Clients for Life content on social media sites including Facebook, LinkedIn X and we'll discuss Instagram as well. Now let's move on to the live demonstration. The Clients for Life Dashboard is located in the Prospect Square tile of mycbdesk.com to find the Prospect Square tile, I can always utilize the Find an App button. Start typing in Prospect Square and it should narrow down the results to the Prospect Square tile. After clicking on that tile, it will bring me to my Prospect Square Dashboard before we get started thinking about the Clients for Life campaigns and sharing them for social media, it is a good idea that we review our profile first. To do that, in the top right corner of the page, hover over your business headshot, scroll down to My profile and left click first. You'll want to confirm that your preferred name, preferred email, preferred website, preferred phone number, etc. Have been correctly entered. This information will feed over from the Desk Admin Profile Manager, but in case you wanted to change anything example upload a different photo that is possible from this profile screen. Scrolling down you'll see that there is an option for social media links with the ability to connect social media accounts. It is possible to link your social media accounts by clicking on this blue button which will bring in a sign in screen for the appropriate account. And later on you'll see that it is possible to automatically post Clients for Life content to these linked accounts. Once I've done updating my profile and linking any accounts, I'm then going to click on Save and Close. To access my Clients for Life dashboard. Over in the left column click on Clients for Life and we're going to go through a few different options. First on this page. One of the first things you'll notice on this page is it will let us know how many of our contacts are selected to receive the next Clients for Life email. In this case, I do not have any contacts in my system. That is why it is displaying zero. But if you wanted to check on this, what you can do is click on the blue button for your campaign settings and you'll see that you have the ability to select certain groups to receive this campaign. Do note that you don't necessarily specify specific contacts to receive Clients for Life. Rather you specify specific groups to receive clients for Life. It is a good idea that you have what's called a primary sphere group or that you designate some other group that you would like to receive this campaign. Every month. You'll see that if I linked any of my social media profiles in the My Profile section, I will have the ability to switch on automated sharing for those appropriate Profiles as well. In this case, I'm going to click on save and then ok. As I scroll down on the page, it will show any current and upcoming campaigns. If a campaign is not yet live and you would like to generate the link for sharing on social media, what you can do is click on the edit button for that campaign and you'll see that it's gonna bring up some options. The first thing that you might want to do is add a personalized intro message for that email campaign. You can also add a message that will display for any automated sharing that you have set up. But if you have not set up automated sharing or you prefer to manually post to social media, you can always copy the URL for that campaign at the bottom. If this campaign was currently active, there will be three dots in the bottom right and if you click on those three dots, there will be a shortcut to share on social media and that will essentially allow you to copy the same. For demonstration purposes. I'm actually going to post an older campaign because it is a giveaway which is slightly more representative of kind of the more common campaigns. So in this case I am going to scroll down to my campaign. I can also click on the View in browser option, copy that URL as well. One of the indications that you're copying the correct URL is you'll see that it is ending with an agent key. And this key is what ties client registration to your account. So now that I have the URL that I want to share on social media, I'm going to think about what message I want to post with that. One of the things that I could do is utilize the AI companion Microsoft Copilot to help me write that post. What I could do, for example, is again open up that campaign and if I click on the Enter now button, it is going to take me to the registration page that usually has some plain text related to that giveaway or that campaign. So in this case, I'm going to copy the information about this campaign. I'm going to go to Microsoft Copilot and I'm going to say something like create a social media post with emojis, maybe promoting the following. And then I'm going to paste that in. So I'm going to start off by posting this to Facebook. Let me jump back to Prospect Square to make sure that I have the correct URL. So I'm going to go to again clients for life. I can either click on the three dots in the bottom right to get the social media share. I can click on the edit button, if available to copy the URL. Or I can open up the email design view in browser and copy the URL from there as well. All of those should generate the same URL with the agent key at the. Going to navigate back to Facebook and where it says what's on your mind. I'm going to start out by pasting in that URL and by doing that, Facebook and LinkedIn is going to generate a preview image of that link. You'll see that I can actually now delete that link if I wanted to. This preview image will remain and this image will be an active link to the giveaway page. Now what I could do is add my own personal message. So maybe it's something that I've come up with on my own. Maybe it's something that I've used Copilot to generate, but I can simply paste that in. You'll see that the preview image and the link is still there. I'm going to post this in this case to myself only so you can see how that works. So here you can see my Facebook post with all of the giveaway information. The preview link at the bottom. Now when someone in my sphere sees this post, they can simply click on this preview image at the bottom. It'll bring up that campaign page where they can then click on the button to enter the giveaway as long as it is live during those dates. This will work the same way for LinkedIn. So again, I'm going to jump back to Prospect Square. I'm going to make sure that I am grabbing the URL that has the agent key. Again, multiple ways to do that. In this case, I'll go back to the November one, copy that URL from the edit screen, paste that into my LinkedIn post. Again, you will see that LinkedIn automatically generates a link and a preview image. And again, if I wanted to add a custom message, I can simply copy and paste from Copilot or Facebook. In this case replace that URL. Again, you'll see that the preview image and the link is maintained and then I can click Post. Do note that Instagram works differently with regards to sharing hyperlinks. For example, Instagram does not allow clickable links to in the caption of a post. If you wanted to share a Clients for Life campaign on Instagram, one of the standard options is to utilize your link in bio. So Instagram does allow you to have a hyperlink in the bio of your profile. To utilize this, I would recommend using a free tool like linktree or Bitly to create a link menu that you would then use in your Instagram profile. This is a little bit more advanced and it is covered under more social media oriented classes, but do know that it is an option Looking for More Workshops?
